He wears a single gold and green ball earring on his left ear. Extra: -- Personality Personality: Caius hides his true personality when he is out in public. He puts on a show for everyone acting very nice and polite to the people he meets. In truth, he is a savage man who adores violence and mayhem. He is very intelligent and logical, possessing a knack for controlling and manipulating others. Caius is also very practical being able to adapt to the situation to turn it into his benefit. His charismatic persona and domineering presence allows him to easily intimidate friends and foes alike. He does show respect for his fellow guild members and enemy mages that have great power. Magic  Magic Name:Sky God Slayer Magic Element:Wind | Darkness Magic Description: God Slayer is a powerful magic learned from ancient tomes and scrolls which allows the user to cast a mixture of an element along with Darkness. Besides that the God Slayers are immune against the element of their God Slayer Magic, but not against Darkness. The magic they cast is always black, meaning that all Caius' wind spells will be black in color. No other magics may use black elemental magic, excluding darkness magic. When selecting this the user must pick one of the elements shown in the Magic Regulations. When an element is picked it can no longer be picked by another user. History History: Caius is an only child that was born in a small farming village. His family was very poor and his father considered him a mistake that made their financial burden even harder. However, his mother treated him well as they worked on the farm happily together to make a living. Around the age of 11, a plague struck the village which took his mother’s life. With no mother to protect him, his father turned to drinking and often beat him if he didn’t get the crops harvested fast enough. One day, his father found a way to get rid of him and get rich. He dragged Caius to a slaver and sold him for a large sum of jewels. Caius was then sold to a mysterious man at a slave auction who said he could sense great power in him. The mysterious man took Caius to magic facility and tossed him in a cell along with other children. The children were removed one by one and experimented on day after day with injections of magic and various drugs. Many did not survive but the ones that did were moved to another location at the top of a mountain to further enhance their power. Caius was given a book and told to study it everyday and he would be tested once he finished. The book had many strange phrases and symbols but they became more familiar as he read it. Suddenly, the book started glowing black and it sent gust of magic energy swirled through Caius’ body. When he looked down, all the text on the book was gone. The men saw the book was blank and dragged Caius out for the test. They took him to the outside to the edge of the mountain and pushed him off. As he fell, the only thing that went through his head was that he didn’t want to die yet. His body started glowing and black wind emerged from his body stopping him in place allowing him to fly. He remembered the text and was able to use the black wind to fly back up to the mountain. Enraged at what they did, he used his new power to turn the tables and send some of his captors off the mountain. However, he soon surrounded because of their superior numbers. Suddenly, he heard the roar of an engine and looked behind him. There was a giant airship flying above the mountain. The captors that surrounded him were annihilated by the mages in an instant. They told him they were there to destroy the facility for good but were intrigued by his power. They asked him to join their guild Grimoire Heart. With nowhere else to go, he accepted, Caius learned the black wind was Sky God Slayer magic. He made a seamless transition into the guild and got along with the members. He got a real bedroom in the airship and a guild tattoo. Through the years, he was trained in combat and slowly rose up the ranks in Grimoire Heart. He did a wide variety of missions varying from simple fetch quests to assassinations. With this new found power and purpose, Caius will do what it takes to fulfill Grimoire Heart's goals. |
