Personality Personality: Waltz is polite, most times seen with a smile on his face when he greets others. However, he is often shy when he's with a group of people, worrying that people might laugh at him for something he said. Waltz won't attempt to start a conversation but also won't attempt to end it, if others start opening up to him he will open up in return attempting to make friends with the person. He's a loyal,protective and caring friend. Magic Magic Name: Titania's Grace Magic Element: Non-elemental Magic Description: Having a fairy merge with his soul amplified Waltz's healing magic with fairy magic and enhanced it further. Titania's Grace is a type of magic that calls the power of the fairies in order to heal, shield, buff and allow the use of some supplementary spells. The magic's color is pink and the symbol of fairy wings appears when Waltz casts spells. Spells scale in rank according to Waltz's rank, becoming more potent and extravagant in appearance than before. Sometimes a fickle pink fairy figure appears briefly sitting on Waltz's head when he casts his magic, a manifestation of his magic. History History: Descendant of the Symphonia family, Waltz was always made fun of by his family for not being able to play music or sing, always being reminded of his inferiority to his older brother who would excel at all aspects of music. Waltz didn't mind being called useless, his mind was already taken away by the myths and legends he would read in his books, he dreamt of adventures with friends, magic battles and helping people in need. Only when his healing magic awakened ( a gift long gone from the descendants of his family ) he gained his parents' respect. His childhood friend Ryodan was the only friend he had, granted that Waltz's family lived in a secluded manor in the woods with Ryo's family house located nearby. Waltz would invite Ryo at the mansion all the time be it for learning or playing the two would spend most of their days together, something his family disapproved of but Waltz would ultimately convince them to let him stay, after all he felt Ryo as his actual older brother instead of his already existing one. On the night of Waltz's 9th birthday Ryo presented him with a gift, a friendship bracelet made of white metal and a rose quartz in the shape of a heart with fairy wings to the side made of white metal, symbolising his gift of healing, while Waltz gave him a similar necklace with a lighting made of ruby symbolising his red lighting magic. The two exchanged them as they swore eternal friendship. The next night, while Waltz and Ryo were coming back from their walk in the forest, Waltz saw the manor explode in an instant. Screams coming from the yard, as he approached he saw his wounded parents running towards him. Before he managed to react he saw his parents exploding in a flash of light. Petrified as he was from fear, he felt his friend's hand pulling him and heard him screaming to run. Waltz tried to run but his feet weren't moving, when he turned his head he saw two dark figures approaching them, neither of them could move as if their feet were pinned to the ground. The two figures came closer, one of them hitting Waltz so hard he fell unconscious. When Waltz opened his eyes he heard screams, his sight still blurry he saw two dark figures clawed to death by a majestic red tiger. When he fully regained his vision he saw the beast getting closer until it leaped at him sweeping him with it's leg throwing him at some nearby boulders making him hit his head. The tiger was preparing for it's next attack getting closer again, it leaped in the air ready to strike with it's claws, Waltz closed his eyes picturing Ryo, the times they laughed and the times they cried, he was always there, a friend to rely on. Waltz opened his eyes looking at the beast, he had only one thing on his mind, Ryo's last words before he fell unconscious "I'll protect you, always", as the tiger was finally close enough to strike Waltz's rose quartz shone with a brilliant pink light. The light made things barely visible as Waltz had to squint his eyes to be able to see, where the tiger would have striked, directly to his heart, a pink small figure with wings was standing, "I'll protect you, always" it said and entered Waltz's body. Everything turned black for Waltz as he was falling unconscious once again. When he regained consciousness, Waltz was in a clearing, the sun shining bright upon him. He had no memory of what had occured and was thoroughly confused. He started walking through the forest still feeling a bit dizzy. Having next to no sense of direction he ended up in that same clearing multiple times, and ultimately ended up wandering in that forest for days. As he was about to faint from hunger not being able to find much to eat, he heard a whisper "Head South" it said, then another whisper "Go straight to your right", then another and another, finally making it out of the forest. As he walked for what seemed a couple of hours he saw a square building composed of very massive, pink bricks, with a pair of towers and the emblem of a purple pegasus. He quickly run to the entrance but fainted just before reaching the door. When he woke up he saw two men staring at him, alarmed at first, he was reassured that no other harm would befall him. One of the men explained that they were the members of the mage guild Blue Pegasus. Waltz was telling his story to the two men, as the Guild Master entered the room, hearing of Waltz's determination to become stronger and find who murdered his family and what happened of his friend, ultimately taking him in the guild and helping him improve. Waltz left the guild at the age of 15 and explored the world for five years , having found out that his family was killed by members of a dark guild that had long before disbanded, he returned home. Waltz is still in search of his childhood friend but is currently training in the guild to better himself and protect others. |
