Although my character is not an adventurer who gets free common weapons, I would like to know how to get one.
I would like a book for my character in the near future. But I'm just so confused.

1. How much J would you have to pay for a book? Or what are the requirements?
2. I dont see people buying weapons at all, but some non-adventurers have weapons in their profiles. How do they get it?
