Effect: Nydus points down with one of his index fingers and says the word grapple. The spell then causes a large vine to grow from the ground. The vine is 5cm wide and 5 meters long and is capable of grabbing a hold of solid things such as the users body. It can then move the grappled object around inside of it's range. An example would be if the Vine grappled the caster it could move the caster around. The vine is strong enough to lift a normal human but can not lift or grapple enemies.

It can then slam down upon a enemy or attack by making a stabbing movement. The spell deals D rank damage if it hits.

Effect: Nydus utters the word Lilypad whilst shaking his body. The spell makes lilypad like magic appear from under where Nydus is standing allowing him to walk on harmless liquid surfices such as water. This does not allow him to walk on enemy spells other than supplementary spells.
