Overall: Akio Hisao is a solid looking male known for his strapping good looks and charm. His skin holds no blemishes aside from the scar along the right side of his chest about three inches in length. His usual wardrobe consists of a half jacket that shows off his built stomach and a pair of long black pants with black combat boots. When he expects any sort of combat situation to arise, he will wear his armor. He always has his sword strapped tightly onto his back, no matter where he goes. He stands tall and walks with a confident stride with his head always held high.

Extra: When experiencing extreme emotion, his eyes stray to a darker black.

Personality

Personality: Akio Hisao is a very charming individual, making it difficult for anyone not to adore him. Akio is a very loyal comrade to have on and off of the battlefield. Though he keeps a small circle of his closest loyal friends, it is extremely easy for him to make friends and keep them as his acquaintances for long periods of time.

He would often be described by his friends as an unpredictable yet skilled fighter and a wanderer, shown by the fact that no guild has been able to recruit him as of yet. Being as he is chaotic neural, Akio has no preference to good nor evil, simply a pull towards things that bring him money and a call towards fame for his family name.

Likes:

Money: Akio knows everything good in the world costs money, and his plan in life is to be rolling in it. He enjoys the finer things in life that only money can buy.
Attention: Be it positive or negative, Akio enjoys being paid attention to. Either by ladies, his comrades, or his enemies, he wants to be the center of it all.

Dislikes:

Sweets: Akio cannot stand anything that takes him off of the path of being the best, and sweets destroy the body.
Magic: Living in a world full of magic, Akio has a hard time avoiding this. Yet he dislikes magic in all forms, leading him to leave his family's line and make his own way as an adventurer.

Motivations:

Family: Though he left his family behind to peruse his own way, Akio strives to be the best to bring fame to his family's name and one day bring forth a son to continue his lineage.

Birds: Since Akio was just a young boy, he could not stand birds as he was attacked by one as a child.
Losing: Losing is probably his main fear, considering he saw the glory lost by his father after he lost his final battle.

History

History: Akio was born in Magnolia to a mother and father loyal to the Fairy Tail guild. Though growing with a loving family training him to use magic, Akio knew magic was not for him. By the age of five, Akio had completely lost his interest in any sort of magic his parents had tried to teach him, and instead began watching as the warriors would train with their swords with a sparkle in his eyes.

At the age of ten, Akio's father bought him his first sword, a wooden one used for training and not much else. As he began to spar with others it was shown that Akio had great natural skill with weapons. He knew that a sword just felt better in his hand than a ball of magic. A sword was something he could control much better.

After the great guild war in which Akio's father passed while trying to defend his guild mates, Akio swore never to join a guild and never to let his father's death go forgotten. He bought his first real sword himself, at the age of sixteen. That was when he left his mother behind as well. Leaving her to the guild where she belonged as he set out to become a great adventurer where he belonged, carrying only a sword, a set of worn armor, and high hopes for himself.
