The metronome struck on and on in Kenny’s mind, it was a slow monotonous and dull just like his old ego. He used to be slow witted and dull in personality and now he was in the company of a dark guild, the darkest of guilds with no repercussions over his head at the moment. On top of that his relationships, all of those that were in the past, had vanished in thin air. It was almost as if he got a new beginning, no more ashen haired woman, no more dog, no rune knights, no more pink hair, there was no one from his past life in his life any more.
As soon as the female bit his neck, he felt his life essence draining. He couldn’t resist her as she forced herself on him, as most vampires did to their victims of course. With a low grunt he remembered falling under her trance and ultimately slipping away into the grasps of something cold and dark before he would awake alone and confused with a bandage on his neck and the agenda in his mind to find the big chested vampire… Ugh, as if he needed another one in his life.
With the events of his rebirth behind him, Kenny needed a drink. Something strong to take the pain in his neck away most likely, though he had an increasing desire for red. Crimson essence was what he craved, but he wouldn’t dare engage someone for their sweet nectar. He didn’t even have fangs! Let alone vampire-esq strength that would allow him to overpower his victim. If he was going to be a vampire he would need to wait for the tiny bat’s blood to infect his own with her quintessence to transform him fully so he could feed properly. For now, he would need to dine on something much lighter and given that he was trying to moderate his drinking habits a bar would not be the best place to find that ‘something lighter’.
He would enter the fancy little bar, dark suit and tie straightened showing his full build with relative highlights in his muscles. Lavender eyes traced the bar scene as he looked around, seemed like a slower situation than he thought, the only person of interest being what looked like a sad sap alone at the bar. It seemed they could use some Omega in their life… Just for a night~
The knight would sit next to them as he looked her over, her face was wet from tears, her eyes puffy, and she was quite a heavy drinker as she downed what smelled like a fruity beverage in little time. The act made his lips curl into a smile as he recognized her, “Well, well, little Sinaloa blessing yet another bar.” he placed a hand on her shoulder, “I thought you left, but I’m ever so glad you stayed.” a chuckle left his lips as his stray hand rubbed down her back… This was going to be interesting.
Head propped on the table, sleeves a little damp from wiping away quiet tears. There was no place for a broken little girl anywhere in Fiore. It was time to go back, to the doctors or the abusers, which ever one she could find first. Somewhere she knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. No one to stare at her like some sort of inhuman freak. Sinaloa picked up her glass and downed it in record time, wallowing and relishing in the burning pain of the alcohol.
"Take care of yourself kid."
With that kenny took his drink and left the bar.
