Magic Description: Fulmination Magic is a tremendously powerful Lightning-type magic. Each Offensive-type spell incorporates the Shocking damage modifier without reducing the rank of the spell for having two damage modifiers.
Restrictions:
- The user must have a Lightning-type magic to purchase this magic.
- The user must have a class capable of utilizing Offensive-type spells.

Effect: The user holds out their hand and lightning will begin to cackle from the palm of their hand. The user clenches their hand and lightning erupts out from their body consuming everything in a 4m diameter area in a bright white light and yellow lightning. Everything within the area will be struck by a devastating lightning storm, the lightning will not only shock whatever it touches but due to the intensity and heat will burn everything it touches leaving behind scorched earth. Deals B rank shocking and B rank burning damage.
