Uchida was a bit startled at this fact. He was so smitten by the paintings that he had forgotten that he was walking behind somebody and din't notice when he arrived in front of the Lord himself. "S-sorry, i was admiring the paintings of the lady in the paintings." Uchida had said apologetically. "It's alright lad. Actually, that's the reason why you're here. I need somebody that has some decent awareness and fighting experience to go fetch something for me. I need you to go down into the dungeon and pick me up a flower. I know it sounds strange but can you do it?" The lord had asked. Uchida nodded slowly changing his opinion about the lord. "Good. I need you to go here and recover this flower or flowers. Good day to you." he had said in a rather unnaturally commanding voice. With that, Uchida set out on his journey to a near by dungeon to recover some flower. He didn't even know flowers could grow where there wasn't sunlight but he wasn't a botanist nor did he really care too much about flowers unless they could be made into some sorta salve or productive item. Anyways, he arrived at the dungeon entrance and all that was left to do was delve into it. He went inside as the light shone brightly at the entrance but as he continued to go through the dungeon, he noticed that it was getting darker and darker as he was deprived of light. Maybe he should have brought a torch or a light of some kind. Either way, it seems he was literally gonna be feeling his way through the dark as he continued to delve in the dungeon that he finally made it to it's deepest of levels.
It was pitch black now but he knew the flower was around here some where as per what he was told. He got down to his knees and gently brushed gently on the source to find traces of the flower but not crush it. Uchida crawled around for a little while making sure to thoroughly check before moving on in fear he'd accidentally crush the flower. At last, he found the flower and plucked it from the ground. He also found an additional flower to take back with him in order to try and score bonus points. With that, he got up and hurried back up to ground surface and made his way back to Lord Servas' castle. Upon entering the gates, it seem Servas was already waiting at the entrance instead of inside. There, he handed him the floor and he nodded, signalling that the mission was complete. Servas nodded back and asked if he would like to know the connection between him and this flower. Apparently, it was his wife's favorite flower and that she had died recently of illness. He also explained the woman that he saw in multiple paintings happened to be his, said, late wife. Servas then handed Uchida his pay and turned to complete the rest of his plans for her funeral. Uchida bowed and offered his condolences before turning and going his own way.
