Effect: When a flame that was created by Jeremiah is within range, he can rise out of the flame allowing him to maneuver quickly through the battle field. Jeremiah simply places two fingers on his forehead, before rising out of the flame a second later. However, after rising out of the flame, Jeremiah cannot activate any other spells until the following user post.
