So Lemme put this into a example, it makes it easier for me to explain.

Let’s say I want to have a genderbent mercy fc (Im about to play over watch don’t blame me). But I know arisa already has a mercy FC, would that count as having the same FC? I wouldn’t think so but I’m not the one to decide that.
