He was standing there, wearing his armor robe, but not to an extend of carrying a weapon though, he wore it so he could be seen doing his job and didn't try to have fun and all, he was leaning beside an empty stall, looking at the crowds, wanting to find the neko-girl and send her to the authorities, for whatever reason she was getting imprisoned and for how long, that was not told by the authorities. He would sometimes play with his long hair, blowing them here and there while at the same time scanning the crowds for cat ears and bushy tails.

". . . It's simply not true!" "A mindless thought . . . It's true. his voice rang again, another conversation held in hre mind between the souls that called the woman their home, "No one could ever love a creature like you. You should have fell with the rest of the city." "Love is not made, it is found." the voice of Chisu spoke, the voice of reason. She always disproved of Nobunaga's tone, as well as Les and Sekiya's random interjections. Nameless sat on the roof of the restaurant she had gone to the day before, with the other neko girl. The smell of fish lingered, drips of sauce stained her blouse. A black frilled top with rings for sleeves lay upon her, her pants nothing more than neat ironed slacks. Her feet bare. Her gaze upon the city of falling petals and leaves. "Love me?" she repeated her thoughts aloud, safe from the noise in her mind. "Love is when you die, and people miss you." She leaned on her palm as her elbow sat into her lap. She sighed, "Would anyone miss me if I died?" it was a question not of her existence, but of how she effected others. So many had regarded her as a goddess, wrongfully. How many would miss her mortal life if it was cut short? | NAMELESS, MOTHER OF SETSUNA ■ Neko Queen ■ |

He decided to then stop for a while when he found a bench, he sat on it and it was facing the carnival, the lanterns and flowers and all the other decorations were beautiful all of them bright with colors, then something caught his attention, something pale white and it stood out of all the bright decorations of the festival and to his luck it was the neko lady he was looking for before, he stood up instantly and his eyes sparkled, "Finally found you,", due to the festival being held in a forest area he was swift and in an instant he was standing on the roof with the cat girl, his arms still crossing, "Hey there," he had say, not wanting to act all cruel and violent, "I'm really sorry to destroy the mood but I am here to umm, arrest you I guess," he said with an unsure tone in his voice.

Arrest? He said arrest? Of course he did. Under what authority? No, that wasn't important. She killed that woman just a few days ago. She killed the family the week before. But before that, her life began. Her memory had started from that day, but nothing else. Her life before this country, in her homeland, was all a blur, just retold by other people to her own sake. She leaned back to look at the man, her chin facing the sky as she turned to the man that stood behind her. . . or boy, rather. She drew her claws from her hands, they would slide past her flesh and grow to just several inches long, far from its full length. "If you're going to arrest me, I believe I have the right to ask whom, and under what authority." she told him, not in a question, but in a command. She didn't know much about this country, or its laws and people but it was impossible for her to be blamed for any of her crimes, after all, they were in secret and cleaned up completely. There was no way anyone would have her on record. . . after all, she has no name. | NAMELESS, MOTHER OF SETSUNA ■ Neko Queen ■ |

"If I win, you'l leave me alone." she'd say it, without any emotion, her own thoughts beaming and echoing. She would go mad at this rate, if she wan't already. "If you win, you can arrest me." her conditions were fair, even if she had no real grounds to play his game. Her own pet had been on the opposite end of the small rooftop, chasing petals and leaves as they fell from the trees "Rune Knights." she mulled over the thought. That other girl was a knight. What had changed between them that now she was a foe, rather than a friend? Were they corrupt as she thought, or were they children pretending to play police? She stood up to face the male, wondering what his first move would be. Her claws would extend to just an inch below a full foot from either hand. Her right was held in front of her, her claws over her face, just a half reach away. Her gaze would look past her claws to follow the self proclaimed knight. Her right would remain at her side, waiting to strike. And her animal would be distracted, fetching petals for a reward that never existed.

"And they say I'm the bad guy." she watched as he would lift his arm, a light appearing around his arm. his leg would bend and the girl would see it. She would whistle, catching the attention of her pet. Zuzu would look over only to see the light from him. Whoever he was, if her master would whistle, she would come running to her side. Nameless had nothing more than moments to react. The Knight had to cover twenty meters or so, and her pet had to cover even more. She would make a dash to her left, trying to side step both him, as well as getting a clear look towards her companion. With her free hand, she faced her palm towards them both, only to conjure a collection of muffins. Five muffins lay in her hand, and all five would be throw towards the both of them. Zuzu was much to far to be of any help to her. This was possibly her only option. Five muffins, of varied flavor. He would near, and would possibly be nothing more than a few meters as she did so. She would hit him with all of them, but none of their effects would activate. After all, they were just food. "Wait, arrest?" she would think to herself, "Operating without a permit results in a forceful arrest?" She wondered, but it didn't matter, he was trying to detain her, not kill her. . . right?

The more it unfolded, the more it seemed unreal. What was this festival for then, if not to celebrate and lay down arms. Nameless had done nothing wrong, right? As the muffins hit his shield, a single one would detonate, making it seem as if only a fifth of her spell had worked. As it happened she closed her own eyes, flinching, as if to prepare her own body to ensure whatever impact was next. With her hands lifted to her face to protect herself her claws would return, disappearing. Her pet would continue to sprint at them, trying to make a difference. But to her misfortune, as she neared a bright light would ruin her vision. She would squeak, jumping blind into it all. She would bump into him, her head hitting first, only to land on her back afterwards. The sound of thud that the impact would make would cause her to open her eyes to wonder if it was Zuzu after all. But instead, from behind her hands she would catch only a foot moving at her leg. She would lift her knee, only to react instinctively. "Whoa there." she'd say, "You won, take it easy." she'd say it, only to have his words follow his strike. "Hold up, you're gonna arrest someone who you don't even know committed a crime?" she was baffled. That sounded just absurd. "Isn't that like a wrongful arrest or something? I'm pretty sure that's illegal, right?"

it was the longest conversation he ever had that day, he didn't want to five her a lecture or something but just wanting to reassure her that everything was fine, "Oh and wear this cloak," he'd say taking a black cloak from his little bag attached to his belt, "Well you don't want to walk around a festival while people could see yo wearing handcuffs right?" he'd explained to her, he doesn't like it when people have to do embarrassing things and Sage would do anything to make someone feel not awkward about certain things, it is just who he was, they walked until they reached the Orichidia rune knight station.

The animal would run to her master, only to jump up again and land in her arms. Nameless couldn't help but make a face of disgust at it all. How could anyone operate like they did? It was all wrong. it was only then that she would notice how pointed his ears were. Perhaps, now was the time to ask her questions. "You made an oath to... protect the people right?" she'd ask, trying to understand how Fiore operated, "Until you can prove I'm guilty of something, doesn't that still make me part of the people?" She had questions. She has so many questions. Why were nekos faced with this stigma of negativity while elves held the power to arrest people without reasonable cause? The both of them remained on the roof. Nameless was going to submit to her loss, but not without an answer. "I'm not letting you put any cuffs on me, unless you can tell me what laws I'm broken." this entire case, not a single pun or joke slipped her lips. It was all strange to her, almost as if she was targeted. It was like that since she got to this town. Everyone looked at her different because of her ears. . . but the elves, the elves were accepted into the human's lives, why were the nekos treated so poorly? "I agreed to let you take me to whatever station, but if you don't have any grounds to detain me properly, I'll keep my hands free." She said it while holding her pet. She looked around and down at the crowd. " . . . Where is the station?"

She'd turn to face the festival and the crowds that remained, she watched him spill his heart out but it all felt like an act. None of it felt genuine. but he would suggest another path, away from the crowds. She would follow, expending leaps from branches and rooftops until they got there. Her own steps silent, to ensure he would have to keep checking that she remained with him. If he was going to play games, then so would she. "That sounds pretty racist coming from an elf." she said it, just as she intended. "You're going to track down a female who has the ears of a neko, and no crime committed. I'll admit, you got me for being in your so called dark guild, but last I heard you knights needed our help to fight Grimoire Heart, and you then attacked us after." it poured from her, anger she didn't yet understand. "I think that kinda makes you the bad guys if you think about it, but I'll follow along. I always keep my word." She was learning to detest the name Rune Knights. the more they appeared, the more she understood why she had followers. To hail a god was easier than to hail a tyrant king. They were to blame for all of the Manji followers, all of the people who flocked to their temple doors and corrupted all of her children. They were the reason her temple failed.

Sage was being patient about this, but when she mentioned the part of their guild being attacked he stopped in his tracks, "No, -they- attacked your guild, I did not." then continued his walking, if perhaps during the walk if the neko would spit more acid from her tongue then Sage would let her be as it was not of importance at that point, what was on his mind right then was how stupid the rune knights are not sharing all the details with one another,
keeping secrecy from each other are the one thing that could lead to civil war, only if the humans could learn from history, he honestly had enough with the human society but he must be patient, as the elves themselves has their own flaws and their society isn't perfect in a way too, most elves doesn't have feelings of empathyness, that's one of the major reason why he left that place.
Sat May 12, 2018 4:22 pm
She continued to pet the head of her animal as they neared the station, their conversation continuing. As he answered her, she would reply back, with equally as much scorn as before. "So then you acknowledge you're at the bottom of a community that can't even tell you the reasons of your orders, as well as they take actions you don't believe in." she spoke out, if not for her own sake, for the sake of everyone. "So you continue to stand with a group with different ideals than your own, because you wish to serve the people?" it was again, a valid question, deserving of an answer, if not at least self reflection. She wondered if other knights only joined because of a sense of duty, or honor. The thought of serving anyone who wanted a world you didn't agree with, didn't sit well with her. To fight against your own dreams and desires to just follow orders felt as corrupt as it could possibly be. Nameless on the other hand worked for the highest bidder, for good or evil. That was how the world worked. To equal good, is equal bad. To become the greatest evil, an equal good would rise. To achieve equilibrium, she would gain control of both sides of the spectrum. This world, whatever it was supposed to be, was going to change, by her hands. Intentional or not.

He walked to the man who was sitting behind the counter of the main desk of the station, he gave him a solid look and moved his hands into his pocket, reaching for the neko's picture and slowly place it on the desk, "Are you sure this is the culprit? Not anybody else? I mean is there a prove?" the clerk that looked up at Sage and he would find eyes filled with determination and intimidation, "Umm, hold on for a second," he then stood from his chair and took the picture Sage placed on the counter before and he walked to the one of the offices knocking at the door, "Umm is this the girl that did the thing you said did?" the question the clerk asked could be heard from there.
A sudden shout of glee and joy then could be heard, "Is she there?" a different voice would say, "Yeah indeed she is," the clerk said as he peeked out of the office door to see the neko standing in the vicinity, the one who was inside the office then can be heard walking, rushing, out the door, his hair was combed backwards and are dyed red, he was wearing a normal rune knight officer suit, he'd look at the neko with a smile carved on his face, and he would run towards her, but before he can ever reach her, Sage stopped him with one of his hands then shot him a dead look, "Now what did this girl do again that I had to go and bring her here?", the man's face changed, from being happy to being worried.
"Umm, well as you can see, I saw her during the festival and I'd like to meet her,", it has been long since Sage felt angry he had forgotten the sensation of it, your heart beats faster and the speed of the blood gushing through your veins, in his mind Sage concluded one thing: this man is a jerk and clearly doesn't know how to socialize and probably has some mental issues, how could he make a false report just so that he could see her? He'd then punched the man in the face with all his might, "Let's leave," he said turning to the neko his eyes bewildered with fury.
"Want to accompany me to a pub or something?"

He seemed to walk on eggshells while Nameless tried to get answers out of him. She held no hate towards him, only an open mind. She questioned him not as a knight, but as a man. None of his morals seemed to align with his actions, did that not give him a sign to change his own fate? At his own hands? As the man would make his words with the other men, she grabbed her pat by the nape of her neck and held the animal at her side, like as if she was jsut a toy. Nameless would begin to lick the back of her right hand, finding that there was the remains of her last meal still there, staining her skin, or at least, would lead to such. The next moment she would find him throwing a punch at a man, to a reason she had no clue. "Yeah sure I guess." she'd say, "So were the charges dropped? I wasn't paying attention?" But she had heard the entire exchange of words. She just simply didn't care for the matter of mortals. To her, it was all a learning experience. Her distaste and tone would be nothing more than instinct and reactions that were instilled deep within her, from Chisu Lau, herself, not her own soul.

They were all children dressed to be adults. It just was how the world was. Even if she drank with the man, for just a little, she would find herself in another situation she would have to avoid. For now, it was not the time, perhaps in her next life she would have done so, but not now, and not in this realm. "Actually. . . " She wondered how long it had been since she had seen Kanya. Was it just that morning, or was it a week? She had lost all concept and track of time. It was all a blur. A year to her would feel like a second in her whole scheme of things. But now it felt as if each second was instead a year. Why was she like this? What had happened to her? It didn't matter. She had other places to be rather than beside a man who didn't know what to believe. That is, if you could call this boy, a man. "I have somewhere else to be. I have to see my girlfriend." she said it, just to break away, but instead she felt broken. She turned away and went on her way. But why did she feel like this? /exit
