Sorcha Donovan
The auburn-haired elf was an observer, she would sit high up in a tree, watching the human beings and perhaps other races interact with each other and go on jobs, shopping, anything really but what fascinated her most was those emblems on their bodies. Some were half visible, sometimes she wondered if that being had been part of what she had later learned was a guild. Guilds were interesting and it might even give her a better experience in life instead of the bad luck she seemed to be having, still not having found her family after four years. Now, of course, she had not been everywhere in Fiore yet, the first few years she still had to have her education given by her uncle. And yet she felt sometimes so empty-headed that she wondered if she did get any education at all. It might have to do with all those beings that she did not know and that made her confused and perhaps a sort of afraid, she had to be careful with her words, something she always did and she would have to find more information to learn about them.

What better place but to join a guild, right? Now she did not know much guilds but she had found one that sparked her interest and she wished she found more information about it. So she stood at the road that leads towards the Lamia Scale guildhall, she did not really understand the purpose of a guildhall yet, would it mean that you would have to stay here all the time or that you had a sort of home to return too? The last idea suited her much, much better. But first, she would have to find someone to ask a few questions too, who would not be freaked out to see an elf. Freak out was a bit of a big word but that did not matter.

I am Sorcha Donovan, the middle child of Moira and Giomanach and they are lost.

But joining a guild did not mean she would give up in her search, perhaps it even meant that she would get a better idea of how to search and the like. If only she would consider telling people that she was more or less lost.

Tap Tap Tap Tap

Her pen continuously tapped against the notebook as her eyes gazed into nothingness. Her children were set off to a trusted babysitter as they were quite a believer of the holy ones. It made it possible for her to take a break and perhaps write things that she has learned from staying here. The thing her parents asked her made her really think on her values and perhaps in the same level, her morals. She loved Noel more than anything in the world, but she finally found her family... the ones that birthed her. Finding out that she was kidnapped as a baby would usually ruin someone and perhaps go towards the darker side of things, but not her. It wasn't her parents fault or perhaps it was just her being forgiving as she forgive others before them.

Her chin was resting on her right palm as her elbow was against the table. Her legs were probably crossed as she watched everyone walk their own lives as if nothing ever bad happened to them or maybe they were just good at hiding it like she was herself. Suddenly, she yawned as she rested back against the bars of the chair as her spine was resting straight upward. ''Not sure what more to do. I could make a list... do that and then leave... Alas, how could I leave him?'' She spoke to herself as her eyes lowered in painful sorrow. She doubted herself as much as she was indecisive. Swiftly her hands closed the book shut and left it to lay there on the small cafe table. 'Now what?' she wondered...

Sorcha Donovan
It was a strange day, a strange air, which was a strange thing to say considering she had been here already for quite a while. She looked around to search for something that she did not know if it could be or wanted to be found. Perhaps she needed to meditate instead of having such heavy thoughts in her mind. But the guilds interested her, the information she found was limited but interesting and she wanted to belong somewhere. It was not as if she had not belong somewhere in general, she did belong to her missing family and her uncle had always taken care off her but it was not as if she had a place where she wanted to be and was welcomed. Now she did not know if a guild would be like that.

Perhaps she should ask at the cafe over there how she would be able to get there, to Lamia Scale that is, she had a sparked interest for that guild but she did not know how to join, get there or anything, can she just walk into that guildhall or so? Would she need the person that was called master and how did it all work, it would make her mind spin if she thought like this. Which made her bump with her left leg into an empty chair, thank god it was empty. She looked up at the blonde with a bright blush on her cheeks, she was not used to her own stupidity, she used to be a very graceful creature. "Ah sorry, I was lost in thoughts." but it seemed that this person was as well.

She was a very pretty being, Sorcha had tought herself to not call everyone human again because not everyone had obvious pointy ears to know about it. This woman looked quite worried, but why would you confide into a stranger, but she decided to take the opportunity, this was Orchidia, people could know about it. "If you don't mind me bothering you, I was looking for some information about a Guild. I wonder if you could help me with that." Perhaps a distraction was a good thing, Sorcha would not pry and ask what was wrong or if she could help, she would just be a distraction for a few minutes in the life of this stranger if she would allow her.

Her hand continued to rest on the leather made book that she was lost in, but then closed. Her mind was lost in a world of her own and filled with problems as much as the world of reality. Her golden pupil-less eyes wandered on the tables textures as her right hand nail that was her pointing finger traced the table's designs of swirls. 'My children could be more safe with my parents, but I'd miss them all too much. I'd miss people from here as well, but I'd also miss my family.' she thought as she was being indecisive as ever. She also couldn't leave the guild with no guild master either or at least till someone from the past guild master came along.

Suddenly a chair made a movement, making her heart jump and her as well by a little. Her head quickly tilted upward to look at who it was. 'No one you know.' simply spoke the dark voice. Arisa didn't respond back to the dark voice and instead she questioned, ''Are you alright?''. Was it just out of motherly instincts or was this just a part of her who felt like caring? The girl spoke out of embarrassment or so it seemed. According to her, she was alright which to Arisa it pleased her. This wasn't all that came out of the elven maiden's lips though as she then asked if she knew about Lamia Scale. Funny.

The maiden had nice skin and beautiful long auburn hair. What caught her attention are the eyes as they were a delicate brown with shines of different tones. 'It's an elf. Yepee. Just like Yasuki.' the darkened voice spoke in her head once more. Swiftly Arisa moisturized her plump perfect lips and gazed directly at the girl with a shining smile. ''Funny, you asked the one question that I can answer. '' she said in her frenchy accent and stood up by pushing the chair back a little with her calves as she did motion. Her hand reached out to shake her hand as she learned in Fiore that is how one greets strangers  here. ''My name is Arisa. ~ Shall we go? I can show you to the Guild and answer any Lamia questions.'' she said as she cat-walked around. Her beauty sure was enough to get into Blue Pegasus, but her heart belonged where Noel was unless things happened otherwise. She needed to be strong... Finally, Arisa waited about four feet away from the Auburn beau for her answer.

She was even very friendly, to ask if Sorcha was alright and the elf waved it away, there was no serious harm done, or well not to herself at the least and the chair from the corner of her eye seemed fine too. It was not that the chair could break because she simply bumped into it, that would be dramatic. And because for some reason Sorcha thought that they both could use a distraction, the elf decided to ask. She felt a little pain go through her heart but she told herself again it was not betrayal. Her family was relatively speaking doing fine, the tree had more or less said so. Unless Jian was lying but it wasn't that she did not dare to trust the mage it was her mind that was seeking too much dark thoughts that she had to do something else. Get rid of the idea that her world only was about finding her family. They might as well have left her behind and she needed something else, somewhere to belong.

She was actually quite relieved that this lady seemed to know more about it. "Well than luck must be with me." She looked at the hand but remembered Jian doing the same so she took it, and heard the name and remembered the customs that she had seen, "Sorcha is my name. Thank you already." She was excited, as she said before luck was with her, "So you must be a member of Lamia Scale, do you mind if I ask you the most personal question there is, because I just wonder, why do people join guilds in the first place? I mean it all sounds like a wonderful idea that I hope I could perhaps join but I am not sure how it works, my kind, we don't have such a thing." Not that she knew, you either belonged or you did not and it depended on your family who you would see and when society would accept you or see much of you in her case. She had been always home and in their garden.

The woman felt the girl's hand into her own as she smiled. Her hips swayed as she then jogged off with a smile on her face. Her long hair trailed back as they were up in two long pig-tails. Blonde strands glistened like golden streaks and waves of the sun's light. Her movements started to slow down as they then sped walked through the path of cobbled stone in the design of a maze. Her ears listened to the wind and to the sound of the elven's voice who introduced herself as Sorcha. She questioned on why people joined guilds in the first place and had 'my kind' in it. It made her feel off, it started to fuse as if some unknown anger was rising, but in an instant it disappeared as she bit her lip instead.

Her eyes cornered back and then forward as her emotions were hidden by her happy expressions. ''People join certain guilds for many reasons; rather it be because of friends, lover or something called to them.'' she started to say and then continued. ''I firstly joined because of someone I love, but once I started to question it I began to make friends from Lamia scale. I learned that in Lamia - they don't care what you are or who you were. It's what you make yourself today. We believe in hard work and to answer any calls from people when they need help.'' she said and then stopped at the guild to then turn around to look down at her. ''And then when things become bad, we believe you'll make the right decision.~'' she answered. 'Perhaps tell her about other guilds you know about.' reminded the dark toned voice in her head. 'Right!' she said positively. She pointed up as if an idea appeared. ''Right! Just like my other friends are from other guilds and as far as I know they joined because of their own respective goal or because they felt welcomed. Certain guilds have their own meaning. Which is funny because even though I have been fighting in the name of Lamia Scale... I don't do much of the fighting. IF you judged my appearance, you'd think I belonged in Blue Pegasus. '' she finished and then turned to walk to the door and opened it for Sorcha.

She hoped that Arisa wouldn't take it badly, after all she did not have to answer if she did not want to. But Sorcha did not understand a lot of things from human beings or other beings for that matter. She had decided a few days ago to regard everyone as a being, so she did not fill in what kind of race they were. So she would not make assumptions and stay open minded, exactly how she wanted to be. The way Arisa described Lamia Scale sounded wonderful, they did not judge but they did responds to calls of aid. Something she would like to do herself and to just get somewhere where it felt that she belonged. No longer being the only person to look for a family that might not wanted to be found. As much as she tried to get rid of these dark thoughts, they were still there and would still be there.

But what would be the right decision? She did not think too much of it now, a right decision was there when it needed to be made and that was always what she tried to do anyway, so it must not be something to worry too much about. "Blue Pegasus?" she had heard of it right, she thought she had seen the emblem before, oh right on Snowflake her hand, "Oh wait, I remember." And considering Snow, she could see Arisa there as well. She herself would feel like a stand out, and not in the pretty way, with her strong structure of her face and her pointy ears. It was probably something between her ears but who cared.

She was surprised as they stood in front of the guild hall and she looked up and down, "Can I just enter?" she said in a high pitched voice full of surprise. She wouldn't back down from it, she was actually excited and walked through the doorframe and looked around. It was different than she imagined and yet it was something that she loved to have found.

She chuckled with a motherly smile as she heard the girl as if she could enter. ''We're not some secret cult.~ It's open for those who are curious of the guild.'' she replied with open arms. People were about chatting with others, some were drinking at the bar area as people on the top floor on the other side people were training. The floors were glistening of glazed honey colored wood with patterns of stronghold stone. The walls were a beautiful dark blueish color with thick marbled stone. The craft of the Guild Hall was just like the guild and its' meaning.

Once Sorcha walked all the way inside, the doors closed on their own as Arisa finally walks in. The people around looked at her and then goes back to what they're doing after some nods and waves. ''I feel that respect is great and all, but I feel like paying attention to what you're doing is more important than not paying attention and saying hi or something like that. You know? Can't you imagine if you were sewing and just because you looked away to say hi, you could accidentally stab the needle into your finger.'' she rambled on. ''Anyways! This is the guild hall main area; where people hang out, drink and plan things. Top floor is the training area since due to these floors being so thick, you can barely hear anything.'' she shrugged and smiled cheerfully. Her blonde hair motioned a little left and right as she turned her head towards the thin halls forward. ''Down there at the last door on the right is the guild master's room area and in case you have no where to stay - there area dorm-like rooms for our little guild family to stay at.~'' she looked back at her. ''Any questions?~'' she spoke sweetly.

That made a lot of sense, else it would be a hell of a lot difficult to join a guild. Sorcha felt not entirely secure though, she felt that she was an outsider, until she stepped in and no one stared. Not at her pointy ears or about the strong jawline she had or anything. She was just someone tht entered and the others simply acknowledged someone entering or two people and went on their business. It felt so much better, no complains about being an elf or about being a woman. She felt a relieve wash over her. The inside was a warm honey colour and a beautiful dark blue that she could immediately place in her heart as a colour spectacle that she liked, loved and wanted to belong with.

She couldn't keep her eyes off the people around, the reaction reminded her shortly about the young man Daiko that she met during the festival. She had not had the time to ask if he had been in a guild as she found that still rather a private question but she was glad she had asked Arisa. She grinned at Arisa, "I agree and it feels so nice here." Because people understood that way of thinking, it was just very normal idea to her, something that her father had no idea of, he had always muttered disrespectful things to her and she had accepted, because she was his daughter.

She stared at the upperlevel as Arisa explained and her mouth formed a silent o and stayed that way as she explained the room of the Guildmaster and the dorms. She could even stay here! It was only getting better, "Yes, one more question, how would someone join? Would you ask the guildmaster?" She couldn't imagine there was some sort of trial because than what kind of explanation had Arisa given before, though she could imagine that there would be a short talk about it, they would have to know who to accept right?

Arisa looked back towards Sorcha to notice the positive reaction she was giving. It was good to help someone out, real good. She thought about when she first really appeared in Fiore and truly she was lost. Someone from the Rune Knights were the first to show her about, was also the first guy she kissed and first danced with. Her heart was almost in submission towards the man as she was easily seduced by such ways. Happily, it didn't turn out more than just a one night dance and kiss. Rest was out the window.

Before speaking, Arisa wanted to let Sorcha look around and say what all she had to say - get it all out some could say. Sorcha reminded her of her adopted sister who was also an elf, Yasuki. Moments of small disappeared as the girl spoke about agreeing and then afterwards about how does one join. Lastly, about the guildmaster. Arisa itched her right temple with her right hand with her lips curving into an open small smile. ''Hah.~ Well, about that...'' she dropped down her hand go rest beside her own hip and gazed her eyes at the girl's own. ''I am the temporary Guild Master of Lamia Or so I feel. The answer your question further... No. If a member wishes to recruit - they may, but if the guild master afterwards feels that they don't belong in the guild. They have permission to kick them out.'' she explained innocently with a sweet smile.
