Inspector Nilan: Since his arrival at Orchidia, Nilan has been doing nothing but improving the relations between the community and law enforcement. He used to be an operator among the higher ranks in the rune knights. He quit the rune knights to spend more time with his sick wife, who died not much later. After rejoining the ranks, he was dispatched to Orchidia.

Summary: An unusual plant has been growing in the middle of the city and it has grown so high that it's reaching over the skies. The tree doesn't seem to be of any dangerous kind, although a few have gotten sick after touching it. Citizens are scared of going near the tree. So, the Inspector is looking for someone brave to go chop it down.

Enemies: None

Objective: Chop down the abnormally tall tree and retrieve a sample of it.

Details:

Create a topic in Orchidia City.
Inspector Nilan has hired you to investigate the unusual plant that has been growing in the middle of the city. Each day, it grows so fast that the plant has already reached over the skies.
Due to its size, no one seems to be able to chop it down. Nilan informs that there has been no casualties so far. However, reports have indicated that those who've come in contact with the plant has contracted a mild sickness.
Nilan believes the plant could serve as a tourist attraction, but admits it's not worth the sickness it is causing. Therefore, he wishes you to travel to the location and cut it down.
After you do so, retrieve a sample of it by taking the sap from the vines. The sampling devices will be provided by Inspector Nilan.
Return to Inspector Nilan and hand him the sample, after which he will give you your reward.
