Client:

Inspector Nilan: Since his arrival at Orchidia, Nilan has been doing nothing but improving the relations between the community and law enforcement. He used to be an operator among the higher ranks in the Rune Knights. He quit the rune knights to spend more time with his sick wife, who died not much later. After rejoining the ranks, he was dispatched to Orchidia.

Summary: It has become dangerous at night in the streets of Orchidia. Someone has been stalking the dark corridors and alleyways of the city and slicing the throats of unsuspecting people. The guards have not been able to catch the murderer. Somehow the murderer keeps slipping away each time.

Enemies:

Murderous Madman: murderous masked madman sneaking through the streets of Orchidia and slitting throats. Somehow, he or she keeps slipping away each time before the Rune Knights arrive without leaving a trace of evidence. Inspector Nilan has been chasing him for a while now.

Objective: Find out who is murdering people in Orchidia.

Details:

Create a topic in Orchidia.
Inspector Nilan will help you out by sending three Rune Knights with you who are familiar with the case to show you the crime scenes.
The three Rune Knights will take you to the last two crime scenes and show you that there is no evidence.
After that they will depart and let you do your thing.
When night falls, another murder will occur near you as if you are being taunted but the murderous madman is nowhere to be found.
It's up to you how it all goes on from there and how you manage to lure the murderer.
At some point you need to battle the Murderous Madman and his identity will be revealed when you take off his mask after defeating him.
The culprit is one of the three Rune Knights who knows the schedules of all Rune Knights exactly in Orchidia allowing him to move unseen to commit murders.
