Client:

Mattoro: Former foreman, he and his crew would go into the mines for the city's needs. During a cold winter, they were promised great wealth that would allow them to retire if they kept on mining. In the end, the additional money was never paid, while Mattoro lost many good men when the mine crashed. Enraged, Mattoro and the rest of the miners rebelled and formed the Cold Colliers.

Summary: After the explosion at the mine, Mattoro is ready to target the contractors directly, and he needs you to find out more about them. He has only seen one of the contractors personally, but he knows there are three in total responsible for the mine collapse incident that killed many of his friends. He needs you to find and write down accurate descriptions of each contractor, so that the Cold Colliers can strike against them. They are rarely in Baska together, instead they usually enter the city on specific days but Mattoro knows the days they will be in the city.

Objective: Find and gain accurate descriptions of the contractors.
Details:

Create a topic in Baska City.
One of Mattoro’s men will request your presence with their boss, and lead you to their hideout, on the outskirts of Baska in an abandoned warehouse.
Mattoro will be waiting patiently for you, and when you approach he will give you the details of the quest.
The three contractors have a meeting in four days time where they will all be together, but Mattoro isn’t sure of where the meeting will take place. In the three days leading up to the meeting, each contractor will be present in Baska, so he doesn’t mind how you wish to go about the quest so long as you get descriptions of each man correctly.
However you choose to approach it - either by locating the meeting place and finding the three men there, or discovering the identity of and tailing each man when they enter Baska – you will find out the names of the three men, as well as descriptions of how they dress, and how they act. Their names are Kalaus, Giroud and Frankan.
Return to the Cold Colliers base, where Mattoro will write down everything you tell him about the three contractors, as well as using a magic item to perfectly recreate the faces of the three men you saw.
Now with accurate descriptions of the three men and images to go with them, Mattoro will reward you, pleased that the Cold Colliers are finally getting close to their revenge.
