When darkness had fallen, Kerii was already out of Sieghart, but not by much. Of course, she had taken her stuff with her to Sieghart. She just wasn't going to use it during any part of it for the actual parts of Shahrbaraz's training assignment. So, finding a safe spot to spend the night, Kerii took out her things to set up camp. Instead of nothing but the clothes on her back to keep herself warm, the mage brought several items to help her start a fire, sleep comfortably, gather water, and more. It wasn't exactly living off the land like her ancestors, but it was perfectly fine for Kerii.
Despite the cold, Kerii fell asleep relatively quickly. When she woke up and moved to get ready for the day, her muscles screamed in protest. She had definitely overdone it at the Sieghart Mountains, but as much as her body wanted to, Kerii couldn't stay put. She had to get up and get moving if she wanted to make it to Hargeon by the same time Eryll did. So, she packed up her things and hit the road once more.
The elf had to travel through several towns in order to make it even close to Hargeon. After all, she was going from northern Fiore to southern Fiore. Though she would rather not travel so far, it was nice to feel the colder temperatures melt into slightly warmer ones. When she finally got into Hargeon, it was about as warm as it was going to get. Though it was still a little chilly, it was nothing compared to how it currently was in Orchidia. She proceeded to check into an inn. She didn't plan on staying in Hargeon for very long. All she needed to do there was complete her request, and then go to Dahlia. From Dahlia, she would finally be able to return to Orchidia. Sitting on her bed at the inn was much more comfortable than the forest floor, but she wanted to be back in her own room, with her own bed, her own books, and her own sense of privacy. Still, the elf proceeded to curl up under the sheets, and blissfully fell asleep.
