Ah, the gym... Frankly, Alisa never came by nearly as much as most people gave her credit for. She'd much rather tend to her own strict training regiments, often jogging miles by herself around town she was in before ending her sessions at some secluded spot that struck her fancy. At that same time, the whimsical lithomancer also liked mixing things up every so often. Especially when it came to training, fixed routines could easily lead to overspecialization, which would inevitably spell defeat down the line.
"Hmmm... I wonder what I'll find here...", maybe hardened warriors ready to take on the invasion to come, or instead mere hopeful wannabes who should have already evacuated. Resting a hand on her hip, she examined the place for only a couple seconds before finally venturing inside
Right away she found herself surrounded by a fit, athletic atmosphere, the clanking of metal weights as they rose and fell, the whapping of fists against... Rather refreshing~... Or perhaps that was just the air conditioning, providing a measure of relief from the swealtering hit of the white city in the late spring.
With the threat of battle looming on the horizon, the Gym, like anywhere else in Astera, looking significantly less populated than Alisa imagined it otherwise might, and yet the graceful amazon of Blue Pegasus wore her insignia with pride, drawing onlooker's eyes towards the lean, well drawn outlines of her abs, in stark contrast with her full, curvaceous physique. The slick sheen of sweat clinging to her smooth, alabaster skin evidenced the manner of warm up she'd gone through, yet hardly hinted at the sheer amount of it. Taking pride in her endurance, any run shorter than an hour hardly even qualified as warm up... Taking a towel with her on the way in, she wiped some of the excess sweat of her forehead and inspected her surroundings, taking in the handful other gymgoers she found there... So far, she'd yet to spot anybody who warranted a second look, and instead focused on the exercise material instead:
"Hmmm, not too shabby~...", she noted, hand on her hip as she inspected the magic weighted barbell. She seldom came to gyms like this and even when she did, she only exercised in the large, cumbersome machines once in a blue moon. At this point she saw no need for training wheels and instead, focused almost entirely on free weights, training her posture as much as her strength. Noting the dial on the weights, she tried turning one and immediately noticed the added pressure on the cleverly reinforced stands, "Gravity magic hmm... Now that... That is a nice touch~"
