PouchHello! For those of you who do not know me, my name is Finn, and I am one of the three admins who run this site! My primary roles here are Development, HR (helping deal with issues you guys have in Discord or the Site), and PR (helping us find ways to bring in new members for bigger and better stories)! Recently, a few members reached out to me asking if we had anything like "Staff of the Month" behind closed doors, or a "Regular Member of the Month", because they noticed the hard work some people had been doing. And it made me realize; No, we do not have that.
But we certainly should!
And so here are the Staff Member & Regular Member of the month! These were the people I was specifically asked if we could make something like this for, and these are our people of the month for the month of August! For September and moving forward, this will be handled by a poll that you guys can vote on! The details will be ironed out in the near future!

Staff Member of the Month
Kaiser Bo
The first ever Staff Member of the Month, we have Kaiser Bo! Kaiser is an Admin of FTRP whom many know by her aliases such as Tiff or Bianca. She has been a member of FTRP for years, and there doesn't exist an iteration of the site that doesn't remember who she is and her contributions. In the recent months as a mod, and more recently an Admin, her furious work ethic has never slowed. Members have noticed her hard work, quick turnaround time for their rewards and requests, and her near omnipresence on the Discord and the Website. Kaiser, a current full time university student, has always found a way to ensure that FTRP remains one of her priorities. Though extremely modest, she most definitely deserves this recognition. Thank you to the members who reached out especially to ask about whether or not she'd receive any sort of appreciation for her hard work. She is appreciated by the staff who has had the pleasure to work with her, by the members who have experienced her kindness and dedication, and by myself who is honored to call her a friend. Thank you for your hard work!
Regular Member of the Month
Kazimir Seiryu
Congratulations to our first ever Regular Member of the Month- Kazimir Seiryu! Kazimir was the only one of two members who was suggested for this first ever Regular Member of the Month recognition, and due to the sheer amount of people who suggested him as well as the reasons they gave, I can't say that anyone truly deserves it as much as he does right now. Kazimir has been active ever since stepping into this Season 2 of FTRP. Creating a character who doesn't just strive for stat growth, but also personal exploration of who he is, Kazimir has managed to create an individual through his writing who draws people completely unaffiliated to him into his writing. He has shown a willingness to write with just about anyone, from offers in the Discord to joining random open threads, in order to be able to RP with just about anyone. Given how many Private threads we all see, I'm sure we can all appreciate how rare this is!
Beyond that, he has almost always come across as level headed. Any issue or debate he has joined within the Discord has been reasonable, he rarely if ever gets upset by his discussions, and he seems open minded and enjoyable to talk to. And while we're speaking of his Discord conduct; While he doesn't speak often (for real, you're a ghost!), not a single person had a bad thing to say about him. He seems friendly, he seems kind, he seems mature, and he's most certainly active. Kazimir, please continue to be an example for both Regular Members and Staff as to what a good member of this forum is all about. Thank you!
