Oh fuck! He thought as he saw a platoon of rune Knights walking in front of him. He was so busy trying to get these unbelievably strong strings from off of him that he hadn't been paying attention to his senses. Quickly he halted in his tracks and turned down another street. It was an alleyway that quickly guarded him in case the Knights had heard something from behind themselves and decided to turn around. Although he wasn't necessarily causing trouble, he didn't want the knights to even have a reason to look his way any more than they already did. Leaning against the wall of a building he looked around to see where he could go. Suddenly though the girl who had been chasing him had caught up. He couldn't see her ofc but his nose had detected her and just in time he ducked as her fist slammed into the wall behind his head. Instinctively he used his head and slammed it into her ribs, forcing her to tumble with a grunt. Then the chase began again. Vali chuckled as he turned to the left and began sprinting full speed. He could have actually killed her whenever he wanted to but he was having way too much fun. This was the most excitement he had in a few days. As the Viking Lord continued speeding through Crocus, he began to approach a large battle arena. He heard that this was a thing but boy, seeing it now was almost mesmerizing. Suddenly this entire situation became a game. Without another thought, he jumped ono the foot of a statue, then jumped onto any space that he could use to push himself higher until finally, he was on the head of the structure. Quickly he leapt from the head of the statue into the arena's top row of seats. The girl was still behind him because her scent was still so strong. With a widened smirk, Vali jumped from row to row until eventually, he was on the ground. Now he could take a deep breath. He looked around at the Domas, still keeping track of his enemies scent when suddenly he smelled another scent from under him. Suddenly he could feel his legs slipping right from under him until the only thing above ground was his head. The rest of his body was under the concrete. "The fuck?" He said only slightly confused as a man began to emerge from the ground. This man was bulkier, and his face was covered just like the girl who had been chasing him. Beside the man, the girl revealed herself once more. "Tsk. I was enjoying my day and here this bitch goes trying to fight me. I usually don't even hit women- I mean except my mother, but she deserved to be killed. And then, this big lonely freak craws out from underneath me and for what? Because you two want my cap?" He rambled. "So this is what's going to happen. You two douche bags are going to let me go, and I am going to let you live. Got it?" He asked trying to hold his composure. The two of them simply watched him. "Got it!?" |

All this time the Titan hadn't noticed how much he picked up on Fiorian Lingo. Although his accent probably would never fade, he couldn't help but stop and think about his dialect. Damn. Times have changed. he thought quickly. Slowly the woman stepped towards Vali before crouching and staring directly into his eyes. She was a little too close for the Viking Lord's liking but Instead of talking anymore Val simply glared coldly. "I warned you." Without wasting another moment, the young Lord had begun to glow with a golden aura. With his sheer strength, he was able to shoot out of the ground, causing the stone around him to crumble. There he stood levitating a meter above the ground. The two mysterious hunters stepped back, bracing themselves for what their enemy may have had up his sleeve. Everywhere the Desiertan Lord went, violence seemed to follow. His path was a dark, and bloody one but sometimes it would've been nice to have a break. Unfortunately, his lifestyle didn't call for it. He was just thankful that his villages were safe in Worth Woodsea. His people were hidden and secluded from the rest of this forsaken country. I should leave only one of them alive for questioning... he told himself. Truthfully, he had no idea who these people were. Enemy after enemy. Vali smirked, twitching his fingers. He found it easier to tap into his Feral instinct when he was about to battle because it felt right. Vali drew his dagger from his waist and immediately darted forward at full speed. He was like a shooting star to these fools- or at least that was how he felt. His first target was the man who had trapped him within the ground. The Viking approached him in under a second, slicing his body in two as he zoomed past him. Then, he turned to the woman. Out of instinct she immediately turned invisible, vanishing from his very sight. She was a fool, for his nose and ears alone could find anyone. This was all too fun for the Jarl now. Once you get him started there was no telling when he'd stop. With a grin, he flew towards where the girl's scent was. His eyes widened and tongue-wagging, he zoomed towards her with his dagger ready but then something happened. Just before he could reach the girl's scent, a wall of stone emerged from the ground. At the speed he was going, it didn't matter if he stopped or not because his strength would destroy it. Once his fist connected with the wall it shattered, and the woman revealed herself. Just when the Viking Lord was about to end the life of the masked woman, the shattered wall came back together immediately and caught his leg. "Hm?" Val's face scrunched up in a bit of confusion, but his eyes remained on the woman. Suddenly she jumped about five meters into the air and at that moment Vali opened his mouth. He acted instinctively almost all the time. If someone was jumping into the air, chancing are they were going to come down and if timed appropriately then it was over. Just as a magic circle appeared around the Viking's mouth, the woman cocked her hand back, and at the same time she threw her weapons, his Jotunn canon would be unleashed. The power of his attack was enough to destroy her needles and also send the little girl flying into the wall of the Colleseum. The fight was only just beginning. Once the power of Fenrir was awakened, there was no stopping it. Growling, the one true Viking King lifted his arms in front of him before boosting his strength by causing fiery white energy to coat his hands. He could smell the man he previously cut in half approaching, but he didn't have the patience to deal with him right now. This woman was his main focus, and with her in mind, he dashed forward at max speed using his armor magic. Once he approached her regaining consciousness on the wall of the arena, he began to destroy her. He continuously delivered blows to her body, punching her deeper through the walls of the arena until she was outside of it all. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" he roared. He was the perfect combination beast and man. When he was done, he took a moment to breathe. Val watched as her body twitched and bled from almost every one of her pours. As he glared at her dying bod, part of him wanted to devour her, but he decided against it and turned to enter the Arena again. WC: 1,000/1,000 (Level 2 Ascension:Strength) TRAINED. 300/2,000 |

"So this is the power you have obtained... Vali stopped dead in his tracks. Both the voice and the appearance of someone he never thought he'd encounter was enough to easily shake him up. What the hell was going on? Could it have been... "Troy?" A series of emotions took to the Jarl's heart. His friend, his brother in arms- the first person he ever banished was standing right before his very eyes. The two Vikings were the same age and grew up together back home. Troy disagreed with Vali far too much and had displayed disrespect publicly on multiple occasions. "You have become something glorious, brother. It is a shame that you are going mad after all." Vali raised an eyebrow. The man he had sliced in half now stood whole again beside Troy. Troy's hair had grown past his butt, and he wore black obsidian armor. Sheathed on his waist was also an obsidian sword, it had a platinum hilt and odd designs all over. Mad? That's what he was being called? By who? "And you look like shit, as always." Val dissed in Icebergic with a smirk. Both Vikings could not help but laugh. "I guess the woman and the man your side both work for you?" Troy nodded. "I hear that you have become Jarl and made quite a name for yourself around the country as some sort of "Titan"?" Vali shrugged. "Do I not look like a Titan brother?" He sighed dramatically. "It hurts me to hear people believe I'm going mad." "But you are, that is obvious." "Perhaps. It is the price I pay for the power to protect my people-" "Does "protecting your people" include putting their lives in jeopardy to obtain such power?" "Our lives are always in jeopardy-" "And that is why you should be there to protect them. As Jarl you have a duty to your people- do you not understand that?!" Troy's voice boomed as silver markings began to appear on his skin. Vali's eyes widened. Former him probably would have been angry, but it didn't seem necessary. After all, he was excited to see his "friend." Perhaps that was twisted in itself. "You were once a good leader, but now you are unstable, impulsive, and not fit to be Jarl of Skaal. You would leave your people without a leader for your selfish desires. It is not for them-" "Enough, enough. If we're going to fight then let's fight already." The Viking Lord twitched. "You are boring me." he said coldly. Troy didn't know what he was talking about. There was no way he could have led better than Vali and as far as the Desiertan titan was concerned; troy was inferior. "You never could fathom what I had to say. Fine." Troy placed his hand on the hilt of his sword before turning to the masked man beside him. "Do not intrude. If I die, flee. Understood?" Val watched curiously. Neither this mysterious man nor the woman he had killed has said a word since he encountered them. "Understood my lord." An Icebergan?! How could troy have recruited Icebergans to fight Vali. Were they from his village? Where did they come from? I have been betrayed? He asked himself with widened eyes. Then, the masked man dissolved into the ground before emerging about 15 meters away. It had come down to this. Brothers fighting to the death. In all honesty, Vali really didn't want to fight someone he had grown to love. His one true enemy was Fiore so he needed friends- as much as he'd hate to admit. Still, he knew that even if he tried not to engage in a battle that Troy would only continue to press forward. Battle was the way Vikings solved most of their issues. Vali wasn't like any other Viking though. With a sigh, he fixed his stance. He had always been a better fighter than Troy but seeing him now... things seemed different. Without another word, the armored enemy placed his hand on his hilt. Suddenly dark magic spewed from his sword and in the span of second the entire arena was blackened. Luckily Vali's eyes weren't like any regular person. The Titan stood in a fighting stance, his dagger raised in front of him with both his feet spread apart. His eyes moved to and fro before he realized something, What the- Quickly he turned his entire body, using his dagger to clash with Troy's sword. How the hell didn't I see him move? His eyes could see through any darkness, so how come he couldn't use them when they were best? It was a good thing his nose and his ears were just as strong. The metal from both the cursed dagger and Troy's obsidian sword clashed, creating a tiny spark of light. Vali reacted quickly. Immediately he used his free hand to punch forward but hit nothing. Once again his nose caught Troy at another angle, this time above him. Aggravated already, the titan leaped back to gain some distance. "Those ears and that nose...both are strong." Troy began. "This certain magic comes from my sword. It specifically made for dealing with creatures of darkness." Who gave a fuck? "I forgot how dramatic you were, haha." The Desiertan Viking laughed. He soaked in all Troy was saying but he mostly just wanted to get this over with. "Is this a joke to-" Suddenly Vali lifted his arms and two silver magic circles formed at the center of his chest, causing white energy to outline his body, and white fiery gauntlets to form around his hands. Troy didn't waste another moment. Suddenly he bolted forward with his sword Unsheathed. He was fast but it took him time to move forward. At the same time, Vali also bolted forward except he was much faster. As the two zoomed towards each other, the titan lifted his hands to Troy's right hand and snatched the sword right out of his hands. Only then did he snap it in half. Immediately the darkness vanished and revealed Troy still with his hand raised as if the sword was still in it. The black-armored Viking didn't want to believe that his enemy had done what he thought he did. The young Jarl turned to face his friend, dropping the weapon in front of himself. Now the two stood 10 meters apart. Smirking Vali raised a finger to say something witty but out of nowhere, he felt this strange vibe coming from his opponent. Then, Troy turned swinging his arm and immediately releasing about fifty needles of pure black energy."Wha the-" The needles were so quick that they connected with the Viking Lord before he could react. "Gagh!" he grunted as they stabbed him in multiple areas on his body. WC: 1,000/1,000 (Level 2 Ascension:Strength) TRAINED. 1,380/2,000 |

The needles shot straight through his body. The Viking noticed that he couldn't move after that. His body was paralyzed. His eyes arched as now he was getting upset. Troy didn't waste a single moment though. He was already angry that Vali had broken his sword and so he turned and dashed toward his enemy. When he approached the leader he began to deliver blows to his body, causing black energy to burst through the back of his body as he did so. "AHHHHH!!" Troy yelled as he continued to punch Vali. The former Elf took every single blow because what more could he do at this point? His body wasn't responding. After a series of blows delivered to him, Vali's opponent kicked him into the wall of the wall behind him. The Desiertan's back crashed into the wall hard...and then he could move his body again. However, now he would have to move quickly because Troy had bolted towards Vali. Quickly the Viking leaned to the left, falling off the wall as Troy's hand crashed into the wall. Vali took this opportunity to open his mouth, creating a silver magic circle before releasing his Jotunn Canon. As expected the blast hit Troy on the side of his body, sending him tumbling about 13 meters away. Truthfully, this man was lucky Vali wasn't going so hard on him or he'd been dead already. However, he knew that it would eventually come to that. With a frown he Bolted forward, leaping into the air and aiming his feet for Troy's stomach. The impact was so strong that it cracked the ground beneath him, then Vali went in to go berserk. He slammed his fists onto the body of the man who was once his friend. Delivering blows that most people could never survive. Alas, Troy had a sturdy armor- yet it was breaking with each hit. Suddenly Troy vanished into the ground and emerged from behind Vali, grabbing ahold of his neck and tightening his grip. He didn't know what the fuck was happening, but his reaction tie felt slower than usual, and slowly his vision began to get blurry. The Werewolf remained focused though and used the dagger in his hand to stab Troy in his rib. The enemy of Vali then roared, unleashing a wave of energy from his body, forcing Vali to tumble forward while he gained some distance. The two turned to face each other. There was nothing left to be said so without wasting any time the two dashed towards each other, each delivering blows faithfully. For every two blows Vali delivered though, Troy delivered one. However, Troy had managed to actually do some real damage. Finally, after minutes of the two exchanging blows, sending destructive energy to different parts of the Arena, Vali threw Troy about 10 meters away. Angrily Troy maneuvered to his feet before leaping into the air. He pointed his finger upwards and suddenly he began to create something amazing. The Armored Viking literally began to create what appeared to be a black sun. Like if the sun was actually black. The spell grew until it was about half the size of the Colleseum. Clenching his jaws, Vali lifted his fist. This was the moment of truth it seemed like. This was probably the one thing that would end the battle and so Vali prepared himself. An attack like that was big so would probably do some unbelievable damage. Running away was cowardly so if he died he would die a warrior. Troy then swung his finger down, throwing the black sn as Vali punched forward. Immediately he released a blast of energy given to him by Freya. When the two attacks collided they only canceled each other out resulting in a giant explosion. And then everything went dark. - EXIT - WC: 1,000/1,000 (Level 2 Ascension:Strength) TRAINED. 2,000/2,000 (Freya's Force) TRAINED
