Hey all!

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m “Hakai” but you can call me “Nah”. First and foremost I just want to say that I whole heartedly support FTRP and I truly love everyone who is apart of this community. I’m thankful for being apart of one of the biggest manga/anime RP sites ever. Disagreements aside, I believe that many of you are good people with good hearts and good intentions! I first want to say that I appreciate the fact that I wasn’t ever banned from this community lol! We’ve had some really great moments together and of course, like all families we’ve had some really bad moments together but I’ve grown from them all as a person. I have been a member of this community since I was 14, and I’m 22 now! FTRP has taken up a HUGE part of my life and a lot of my growth as a human stems from this site. Shit, some of the members have practically helped raise me lol. I appreciate the dialogue and the support many of you have given me and because of this site, I’m a much better person. So thank you FTRP for that.

With that being said, I strongly believe that my days as a RPer ends here! It has nothing to do with the community, or anyone specific. With all that’s going on in the world it’s imperative that I focus my energy on to more important things. Not only is America going through a pandemic, but we are also on the brink of something else. No matter where you are in the world, I encourage everyone to stand with #BlackLivesMatter . I encourage you all to educate yourself when partaking in conversations regarding black lives so that you know what you’re talking about so you can represent the movement as Educated black & brown people people or as educated allies. If you have any love or respect for me as a Queer black man, then you’d support the movement!

There is way too much ignorance regarding the subject though. People are associating rioting and looting with what BLM stands for but do not help push that narrative! That’s not at all what it’s about, but I’m sure you all knew that. I also encourage you all to understand the seriousness behind this. Black people make up 14% of the population in America & are 3x more likely to be killed by police. That is wrong. That is systematic oppression, that is racism. You don’t have to step out of your homes to protest! You can educate, spread awareness, and be apart of the movement all from your home. :) We need all good people from all walks of life. Black, white, brown, Asain, Latinx- the more the better. #unitedwewillneverbedefeated

I have joined the fight as one of the many many leaders and am in the middle of pushing something great so I will not have time for RP, nor is RPing a passion of mine anymore. I’d still love to stay in contact with all of you! We can have productive conversation, I can introduce you to what’s happening or you can just see for yourself. Yo man I love you and I feel sad to see you go have been here since 2014 (since I was 16 and am now 22) Would love to see more of you and I know I will elsewhere. I hope you make an impact and live your life well.

Man.... we aint even get to thread. But I totally understand, our fight for genuine rights here in the states is an evergoing thing. And I'll be right along with ya to fight for my right as a person to not die from the people who are supposed to protect me.

Good luck out there Hakai, I always appreciated your presence on the forum over the many years you've spent here, I wish you luck with the movement and I'm proud of your passion for it. Be safe out there my friend.
