After that recent request, Masami knew that he had already gotten enough of this city. The shackle mark on his right ankle was still in a bright red color, as if the scar was still fresh and recent. Although it definitely ticked the Joyan off, he knew that he has no choice but to abide by how time flows. Thus, finally packing up, even if there wasn't much to pack; his wooden slipper was still missing, and his stubbornness caused him to take the remaining slipper off and start walking barefoot. He'll start wearing footwear again once he comes back to Joya to get a new pair of fresh wooden slippers. "Hah... it's so annoying." he audibly thought as he walked down the streets of the Lower District, ready to leave the city, but then was halted when someone pulled his overcoat from behind, in which startled the Joyan enough to pull his overcoat back with strength as he makes distance with a leap. Things like these are to be expected in this district, as far as Masami knew, although he hoped that it wouldn't be that weirdo from before. However, when he looked back to see who pulled his coat, what Masami saw were three to five people kneeling down on Masami, as if begging for something.

"Huh, what?" he asked, accompanied with an eye-twitch, not moving from his spot. It honestly isn't easy for Masami to simply ignore these people and walk away as if nothing happened, but for the sake of his last day in this city, he decided to listen instead. "If this is another one of your schemes, then—"

"No schemes! Please, just help us." one of them cut Masami off, but this wasn't a problem as this convinced the Joyan enough to slightly approach the kneeling men. "We have heard of your guild, we know that you are a part of it." thus, Masami raised a brow. 'Alright, so these guys know what they're doing.' Masami crossed his arms then took a deep breath in and out, using a stance that expresses his ability of listening. "Alright, then – speak." as if it was an order, he was willing to extend the day for things like these.

Lack of jobs, huh... the boy shook his head in disappointment upon hearing these men's complaints. "Listen, I don't work for those aristocrats." I'm not someone you can depend on, Masami would like to continue, but instead continued to cross his arms in thought. How he was mistreated in this city definitely remained a scar in the boy's mind, and it simply would not leave, just like always. When he was supposed to walk away, one of the men said something that changed the boy's mind: "We know what you did." they said, each and one of them finally standing up. Thus, Masami had no choice but to listen to what they've got to say. Then, they continued. "The mistreatment of the aristocrats, and the abuse of a gang in this district... we thank you for your efforts."

Huh, this was weird. Masami has been raising a brow ever since a while ago, but this statement allowed him to relax his arms and look at each and everyone in the eyes. "We are artisans," they mentioned, this one man pointing at everyone else as well, "and we're willing to do anything for your help." Such words tasted sour to Masami's ears, giving him an uneasy feeling rather than pleasantry for being treated almost the same as being worshiped. "You people simply want jobs, right?" Masami answered after a short moment of silence, speaking such in a calmer tone so that nobody else would hear but their group. 'Recognition is alright, but...' the responsibility of it? True; Masami was starting to get a reputation here, and now everything was making sense.

How is he going to give these people jobs, and are they even possible? Does Masami have some sort of authority that gives him the ability to give people jobs, in a city he loves not? To answer his question, the men nodded. "Then..." with a grin, Masami crossed his arms once more before getting straight to the point, "offer me everything."

"Everything?" they asked, confused – to Masami, this response was ordinary. "Lead me to anyone with some position." Masami walked closer, his head gazing upwards due to the height difference, but this is nothing compared to whatever position Masami has at the moment. The men looked at each other, then the fourth raised his hand and walked closer. "I'm–! I... lead a group of craftsmen." he said, and Masami chuckled. "Well, then take me to them!" with this much energy, in a few minutes they would be in the craftsmen's station, and then Masami would finally be able to let out his Joyan instincts.

The place was sort of crowded at first, then finally the room these craftsmen rented started to appear a lot more neat, but apparently also small. "I'm sorry if it's a little poky." the craftsman said, but Masami chose to observe the workplace instead of answering directly. They would be working on tables and chairs, women on the other side were working on fabric, thus catching Masami's attention, making him approach these women and touch the fabric they made. "Cheap textile." he immediately uttered right after touching the product, looking down on the woman whose face expressed a tired atmosphere. "W-Well, who are you to—?!" although she was supposed to argue, she halted when she recognized the boy's face. Everyone else was quiet after this, and the woman sat back, humiliated. "It's well-made," he added, holding the fabric up in the air then revealing the whole product, "however the material you used isn't worthwhile. The clothes going to be made using this fabric won't last long, either." Based on Masami's experience, he was correct – and then the others would have no more right to challenge.

"So what are we going to do? Get better materials in the city nearby." Masami folded the fabric once more, then gently placing them back on the table. When he looked at the woman's face, she was definitely flabbergasted. "But... we won't have enough." she didn't specify what was "enough" and simply looked away, her voice shaking 'til she spoke no longer. "Would you like to visit the upper districts instead?" Masami suggested, although he was sure that they would not like that idea, but it was a suggestion nevertheless. When he waited for her answer, the craftsman approached them and laid a hand on Masami's shoulder. "Please, we have—"

Masami slapped the hand off, "I'm talking to this woman." as if he truly was an aristocrat, he looked at the woman and slightly glared. "Whatever you choose – these haven't been suggested to you people before, have they?" thinking that they won't be able to continue simply trade goods in such a populated, poor location, Masami was confident that his ideas were satisfactory.

How the woman reacted did not necessarily displease Masami, but it was quite entertaining to watch. She embraced his waist all-so suddenly, then she started to weep. "Please... not the aristocrats. Do not tell, please..." she was uttering things Masami was not exactly aware off, but he had already assumed that these people did something wrong, which was why they are not willing to go to the Silver District to get better goods. "... after all, you guys are supposed to sell products in that district, not buy from it." this time, Masami gently spoke, and the woman detached herself from the boy.

He looked around, ultimately back to the craftsman. "Marigold has excellent, cheap resources." he pondered in the thought, mainly because he was in Marigold City the first time he was in Fiore, and had certain knowledge about their goods for having the guild hall in that city. "Resources in the Lower District is bad and overpriced... but you guys could change that." Masami mentioned, holding a palm out. "Set up a team of five who would go to Marigold, then meet with a Farmer named Jim." uttering this while looking around, Masami took a paper and pen, then scribbled things down.

"I've been acquainted with them, simply show them..." he held the paper out, giving it to one random person, "then in the Silver District, the ramen shop." It's because Masami has met someone from that place, and have been acquainted with the people in Marigold, even if they were just NPCs like these ones. "They'll get you jobs, and know more business stuff." the next note he gave was written in Joyan, then everybody nodded after this event. "I will be leaving now, you may send me a letter in the Penumbral Guild hall to update me about things. I, myself, don't know where I'll end up on."

Finally, he turned around and walked away, waving a single hand. "I'll go, then." hope that even helped, but it's their choice if they would listen to Masami or not, because that kid's completely done with Myras. However, it was the least thing he could do to help... if they do listen, then Masami would be expecting letters for him regards many successes. Then finally, perhaps he could come back to a better Lower District?
