Steel had taken on his second job in Marigold. He had been hired by the lord of Marigold. Lord Fernando. The job he had been given was to gather and rally workers in Lord Fernando’s new building project. He wanted to build new residences in the hillside area.

On this sunny day Steel was wearing what he usually wore. Some slacks, a comfortable t-shirt, boots, socks and a pair of sunglasses he was also wearing his haste ring and his earrings that enhanced his strength. He had left his armor and sword at the room in the inn he was staying at downtown.

On a small note he had prepared a little speech he was going to give the workers at the construction site he had been hired to help out at. The speech was written in such a way that it would encourage the workers to get back to their jobs and keep building the houses.

He was enroute to the working site. The sun blazed in the sky. It was a great day to work albeit it was a bit sweaty due to the high temperature. So on the way he picked up a few bottles of water to help hydrate the workers after all it was important to stay hydrated.

When he got to the construction site he saw the workers sitting around lazily. They were sweating and more or less just chilling in the sunny weather. When he got there he slowly walked around introducing himself to the workers and gathered them around to a small lunch area where he had set out the bottles of water which seemed very appreciated. He then walked so that he was on the short end of the tables and stood up on a stool so that he was elevated enough to see them all.

He then took the note out of his pocket and started speaking. The speech began with him introducing himself again and explaining that he had been hired by the Lord of Marigold. Lord Fernando. He explained in the speech that he was there to help them all build the houses. The speech also contained some nationalistic words like speaking about how they were all proud citizens of the great country of Fiore. They all had jobs and families to care for at home and that they needed to bring home the paycheck to feed their families.

He then urged them all to return to work and that they should ask him if they needed help with anything. Steel in actuality had never truly built a house. He knew some of how to do it but only to the extent that he knew how to survive in the wilds. After all, his teacher had not been all too keen on teaching him things other than to be a hero.

He helped out with most of the rough things like lifting logs in place and hammering with a sledge to push the logs down so that they were stuck in place.
Other jobs he did was mix the cement whilst another guy poured water into the mixture. He carried bricks and helped with laying the foundations of the roofs. He kept doing this for quite a while until the work day was over.

Knights from the castle then came and rewarded him for the job. And Steel left the area.
