Manager Yua: The theater's shows are being managed by Yua, who is not only a manager but is also a trainer and writer. She is the type to ask for help when needed on-the-spot, and is loose when it comes to rewarding those who did their part in helping. They said that most of her trainees have become great entertainers due to Yua's strict yet also gentle approach regards teaching and also leadership.

Summary: Young children, even at the age of three, could be trained to become actors for traditional Joyan theaters, and Hinoki Theater has adapted this ideal. Because they are training children, they needed more trustworthy people to care for them and make sure that they do not run off or go missing whenever they play. Make sure that the children do not get lost or do not do anything dangerous while they are training for the whole day.

Details:

Create a topic in Hinoki Theater.
Manager Yua will meet with you in the entrance and lead you to the training room, where children have already been waiting for today's lessons.
The training will be conducted from morning to evening, with multiple breaks in-between hours. The children are allowed to play outside in their break and lunch times.
Chances are that the children will fight over something or get injured when they run and play, make sure that these cases are handled well.
By evening, the children cannot go home unless they are picked up by their parents. If you think that their guardians are shady and pretending to be the child's parent, do not give away the child and report to the authorities until clarifications are settled.
