Alright so again, mention spell travel speed and chain dimensions; also, note that to sustain an offensive spell, you must pay double the mana; as such, mana cost would be 100 on a C-rank. In addition, since your magic has bind on hit, mention bind effect for the two whips (binds when one hits, binds when both hit or whichever) and its respective rank.
Grappling Chain: Honestly, the parts about entanglement and breaking the chain are unnecessary as the binding effect applies in all your spells, should you choose to sustain them (as a bind effect).
Aside from that, once again mention spell travel speed and dimensions, and mention precise rank of bind.
Movement Chain(s): Mention distance and change speed from running to dash.

Hey again!

As a general note, whenever you try to bind an opponent on supplementary, it should mention the chains' durability.
In addition, all your spells travel at the same speed of 20 m/s (refer to as spell speed for convenience).
Twin Chain Whips: Because you're splitting the spell, it splits the binding effect as well. So the effect would be C-rank bind on both.
Grappling Chain: The added effect of moving the opponent for extra mana is not allowed. Remove that please.
