As Gunter enters the city and lets his Leviathan just fly around as it wants and tells his Dardian to stay close underground as it digs around 7.5 meters in front of him, he sees various sights - some beautiful architecture, happy people, all having a night out on the town. A true party city, almost.  But the bright lights and the happy smiles are not what draw Gunter in. He starts asking around, seeing what the bad parts of town are that he should avoid, and one part of town that catches his ear is the Crimson Quarter. He makes his way there. A sinister and coy smile growing on his face. How fitting.

Gunter's looking pretty pimped out with all of his freshly bought gear. The new axe, armor and helmet that he picked up recently gives an almost sinister gleam in the night air. He can't wait to bloody it. He was wearing his usual earrings and a fancy enchanted amulet that he recently acquired.

As he enters the Crimson Quarter, he sees various sights that remind him of Dahlia: prostitution, beatings in alleys, drug use, and his personal favorite, the occasional shanking. He specifically takes the alleys, looking for interesting individuals and perhaps excitement, but who knows? The night is young. He feels a little anxious. He went from hunting vampires and werewolves in the woods of Dahlia, to sitting on his ass in a guild with no one in it.

At this point, he wants a little bit of blood. But the question is, who's going to step up? He did receive rumors from some of the various goons that some of his guildmates from Penumbral Guard are out here, so maybe, just maybe, he'd finally be able to meet these 'heroes' and knock one down a peg.

After wandering around for ages, after hearing rumors of his guildmates in Hosenka and wanting to see their strength... he found nothing. Unclear if they were off drinking coffee, questing, or perhaps cowering in a corner somewhere. But, there was no excitement. No blood. No combat. Nothing interesting about this place at all. It made him a little sad, but it seemed as if his new equipment will once again go away spotless. However, he still hopes that one day, perhaps, just maybe, someone will come out of the woodwork and fight him. Maybe they'll stop being a coward.

With that, he lights a cigarette, whistles to his Leviathan which lands tightly squished but relatively comfortable in the dark, decrepit alley. He steps on, and says, "Come on Leviathan. Let's go try to find someone worthy of entertaining me."

With that, he takes off, spitting on the very ground of this city for it holds nothing but trash. He's not ready to leave the city just yet, but will be very soon. For now he flies around looking for an establishment, a tavern, a hotel, whatever place he can stay at for the night. Nothing too fancy, but it can't be cockroach-infested either, so he decides on a small little tavern that he notices called the "Lotus Bud". Doesn't seem too fancy, but there are patrons lined up outside. Upon his approach, most of them run away in fear from the beast with him, so there's no more line. He hops off, whistles for it to fly off, and takes to the tavern.

The attendant outside looks terrified at the flying monstrosity. Gunter approaches her and says, "Good evening. I'd like a place for the night."

"R-Right away, sir.", she murmurs.

She guides him upstairs and to a room that is warm, inexpensive and quite cozy. Gunter has a smoke while staring out the window. He sees various mages and merchants and travelers roaming the streets, going about their business. No one with the tattoo of his guild, however. Still how disappointing. For his guild to be known with such heroes, people were quite absent. Almost as if they were enigmas.

He finishes his smoke, passes out, and begins getting ready to take off at first light.
