A contract of corruption. A note of vile motions. Five knights it would be, with Maido, Muramasia at the key. She waltzed about the town, listened to the leader with a frown. What corruption was this? She asked? Some knights bad been masked. Bribery and darkness, a bit of a blight. Her task now at hand? She need not take flight. She scoured the list. She checked on it twice. For sure, she'd find out who'd been naughty or nice. A figure in Rune Knights, ready to spit venom. Were they rogue? Were they enemies? Were they spies in black denim? The blood witch did nod, making way through the sod. She toiled her problem, and spoiled the rod. She listened intently, to the Rune Knight's request. A small payment, that was fine, it was a good humble invest. Men were corrupted, she knew this to be true. Still though, she knew just what she had to do.

She looked at the list, checked it again, making thrice. Ew, gross, one of the captain's name was Lice. She followed him first, to get it out of the way. It was easy, truth be told, she didn't need darkness, she followed in the day. She summoned her fox friend and it spewed out some smoke. A cute little distraction, sure to make others to bloke. It scouted around, and paid attention for her. To top it off, she took it one more step further. A little leech creature, brought forth from the dark. It moved yet so slowly, but carried her mark. She planted it well, hidden well out of site. An old hunter's trick, though a summoner now, made of fright. Her and her two summons went out on the town. They tracked each of the knights separately, and knew who to bring down. Which of them were bribed, which of them were lied. Which of them were decent, which of them were spied. She followed them all, took turns on the watch. She was efficient, it was true, she handled the swatch. Her intel was good, her intel was clean. Not a soul in Era town knew that she was the blood queen. She appeared so young and docile, not a soul would turn hostile. She blended in well, good for her to ring the death knell.

A dark passage of scripture, she wrote down her findings. Three of the knights needed some loyalty bindings. She marked the paper down, and her frown turned to a smirk. Lionel, the captain, would enjoy this bit of work. She had done it methodical, in fact even nautical. She had blended the crowd and found out all without loud. She had moved so dead quiet, she even slipped through a small riot. Her visage was clear, a spirit of drear. She returned to the quarters, and passed up a few soldiers. To the office of Lionel, the blood witch did give the orders. She passed back the note, and spoke of her findings. "Three of them take the bribes, the other two are quite royal. Perhaps, in due time, I'll work more for you, you seem rather royal."

Lionel did chuckle. She rhymed when she spoke? In any the case, her work was certainly not a joke. She'd plotted out routes, and followed them truly. Maido, Muramasia, had filled out her duty.
