Effect: The user points their middle and index finger at the location they intend for the spell to originate. As a cyan, 0.5 meter magic seal forms at that designated spot (as well as below the user), the user drags their fingers toward the target and causes a circular saw made of ice to emerge from the seal and fly at the target. The saw possesses a diameter of 0.5 meters, spins clockwise as it hurdles at the target (but maintains its trajectory), and deals C-rank damage upon impact.
