Description: A cape that enhances the abilities of Dragon Slayers.

Lore: A cape once worn by a great Dragon Slayer who hunted down ten dragons that terrorized Earthland. With each slaying, Raegerys realized that his Dragon Force became more potent as he got drenched in the blood of the slain dragons. However, this didn't come without a cost. His appearance became more inhuman and savage while using his Dragon Force, scaring the townsfolk that he was trying to save, while his mind became clouded and only responded to violence. Raegerys realized that he was slowly turning into a violent dragon himself if he continued his duties as a Dragon Slayer of the Crown, so he honorably resigned from his position. Unfortunately, his retirement didn't last. When his hometown came under attack, the old Dragon Slayer picked up his equipment again to protect the civilians. After slaying the mad dragon, he removed his equipment and disappeared. Future generations were going to need them, because the next time Raegerys would return he would no longer be himself sadly. The days of Raegerys the Dragon Slayer were over, he had doomed himself into becoming Raegerys the Sanguine Dragon.

Notes:

The item may be indestructible, but it does not offer protection. This means that attacks aimed at the back of the user bypass the cape in terms of regulation. In topics, the user can represent this by accepting the damage done against their backs and stating that the cape got very lightly damaged.

Draconic Cooldown Reduction: The user receives a cooldown reduction of 1 post on their Dragon Slayer spells.
Draconic Range Increase: The user receives a range increase of 10 meters on their Dragon Slayer spells.

Effect: A more wild version of the Dragon Force transformation. The user grows half a meter in length while their body gets covered in scales that match the color of their Dragon Slayer magic. Their features become highly reminiscent of a Dragon while retaining their humanoid appearance. The transformation increases the Strength, Speed, Constitution, and Endurance by 30% while sustained. In addition, the user may cast Offensive for one rank higher. Furthermore, the Draconic Range Increase becomes 15 meters instead of 10 meters for all Dragon Slayer spells. This is not a spell but a biological capability. Therefore it cannot be canceled by artifacts or magics that can cancel spells.
