The young man has exceptional muscle mass due to the constant and rigorous physical training he puts himself through nearly daily. He has the look of a complete battle maniac, causing some people to find him rather intimidating at first glance. Aside from his guild tattoo, Kenji has markings on both arms and eyes resembling the zigzag pattern a lighting bolt takes when it strikes. When using his magic, these markings will sometimes give off a golden glow.

PERSONALITY

Personality: Kenji feels called to serve a greater purpose in life. Thoughtful and idealistic, he strives to have a positive impact on other people and the world around him. He rarely shies away from an opportunity to do the right thing, even when doing so is far from easy. Kenji tends to be vocal about his values, including authenticity and altruism. When something strikes him as unjust or wrong, he speaks up. This may sometimes come across as brash or pushy, but he generally is motivated by a sincere wish to do the right thing rather than a desire to manipulate or have power over other people. All this combined with his obsession with proving his strength against others make it easy to see why he lives the life he’s chosen. Kenji respects strength and willpower, even when it comes from someone completely antagonistic to him, often becoming depressed when someone with evil intentions displays these qualities he’s come to admire.

Training and Fighting: Kenji has a fervor of battle. There's nothing he loves more than the rush he gets from a heated battle with someone who rivals his strength, no matter how that strength manifests itself.
Cooking and Eating: Whether it's due to the amount of energy he burns daily or just because he's a glutton, Kenji loves food. He has a seemingly bottomless pit for a stomach, being able to eat an exorbitant amount of food without getting full. In fact, the only reason he loves cooking and is so skilled at it is so that he can make himself delicious foods without having to rely on anyone else. There's the added bonus of being able to please a lot of people by making them delicious foods, but that's secondary.
Traveling: Kenji is a nomad at heart, never really staying in one place for too long. He love to go to different places and experience the world. Even if he does settle down, frequent trips will be made to other parts of the world.[/color]

Dislikes:

Sweets: While Kenji loves to eat various foods, sweet foods such as candy, are the exception. He does have a soft spot for Dark Chocolate from time to time.
Lazy and Dishonest people: Combining laziness and dishonesty is the quickest way to get on Kenji’s bad side. There’s nothing he despises more than people who lie for the sake of manipulation and fully capable people who squander their life wasting space.

Motivations: Kenji just wants to make the world a better place. He strives to help people who are weaker than him while improving himself to be the best possible version of himself that he could possibly be. Regret is not something he is very fond of feeling and anything he can do minimize the probability of him experiencing such an abhorrent emotion, he will go out of his way to do.

Fears: Kenji has many fears like any normal person. The thing to focus on here is not so much the fears themselves, but how little control they have over him. To call Kenji a brave man would be an understatement.

Magic Description: Tempest magic allows Kenji to command the power of a storm in the palm of his hand. Some say Kenji has Lightning running through his veins. The lightning is essentially an extension of himself, being able to manipulate it to attack his enemies or even strengthen his own attacks. While Kenji can expel his magic throughout his entire body, he’s more experienced when he shoots his magic from his hands. In a pinch or when enraged, however, Kenji can even go as far as to summon storm clouds and have lighting rain on his enemies. His connection to the element is so pure and strong, it isn't weak to earth magic.

HISTORY

History: Kenji lived a rather interesting childhood. He is the youngest of five siblings. His brother is is the oldest, followed by three sisters and ending with him. Kenji's entire family were skilled wizards with all of his siblings joining various different guilds around the world. Growing up with four older siblings wasn't easy, especially when his sisters spent an exorbitant amount of time thinking of various different ways to annoy and pester Kenji. In his eyes, he’s the baby and his sisters only exist to torture him. His older brother never came back home when he left to pursue his own goals. Because of this, Kenji spent a lot of time with his mother. Kenji's mother is the person most responsible for his core beliefs and overall outlook. When he was young, she stressed the importance of making a positive impact in the world, which is what drives him presently. Although his mother died of an illness when he was young, she inspired her progeny immensely. HIs father, however, was a different story. Although, strong and accomplished in his own right initially, the man became apathetic and unmotivated. While his mother is the source of his inspiration, his father is the source of almost everything Kenji has grown to despise.

When it was time for him to leave home, he did so gladly. Although he loves his father he does not love the kind of person that he is. He hopes that maybe he can snap his father out of his apathetic personality with his own accomplishments. Now with the whole world in front of him, Kenji strives to make a positive mark on it like his mother intended or die trying. He’s a nomad a heart, never staying in one place for too long. He travels from city, accepting different quests and helping where he can.
