The woman would show him a soft smile then proceed to tell him what she needed of him. With a quick motion Elaine would produce a locket from her pocket and would instruct Ariael to deliver it to a man by the name of Mark and to ask about his well being once he delivered it. A smile would slowly crept onto Ariael's face. It seemed that his last job would indeed be an easy one. Grabbing the locket from the woman, Ariael would leave the room after being given the directions to where the man Mark was located.
He would find himself walking down the streets of Dahlia once again in search for an address. Ariael maneuvered his way to Mark's house by looking out for the landmarks that would take him there. It didn't take long for him to arrive and realizing that Mark's home was about a ten minute walk from the hotel that he had just left. Walking up to the door, Ariael would knock three times and wait for someone to answer it. His eyes scanned the area in case the mission wasn't what it seemed. One could never be too sure.
Soon a man would open the door and Ariael would produce the locket from his pocket and gift it to the man. "Could it be Elaine told you to give this to me?" asked Mark. Ariael would simply nod as he watched the man fall to the floor and begin to cry like a child. Mark would begin to greatly express his love for Elaine and how that he would never give up on the love that the two of them once shared. Ariael simply stared at the man before letting out a chuckle and turning around.
He would start to make his way back towards the hotel. It seemed that like the old man, the contractor, and Elaine had ties around Dahlia. What those ties were he didn't know, but maybe one day in the future when he returned then he could figure it all out. Upon arriving back at the hotel, Ariael would make his way to Elaine's room and tell her about the events that had unfolded. He would be given his jewel reward and make his way back out of the hotel. Putting his hands in his pocket, Ariael would begin his walk out of Dahlia.
