I have 0 Points on Kisuke Tenshii, 100,000+ Points on Kisuke2 (can't remember what this account was for), 110,000+ Points on Ryu Kenshi, and 100,000 Points on this account.

The age of these accounts leads me to believe those Points are a glitch of some sort, but I just want to make sure lol

Yea, in the past (before the forum rebooted in 2016) points were handed out passively per day. In addition the previous owner of the forum donated a certain number to every existing account at some point, further inflating the numbers. When your character application is approved all the old nonexistent points will be erased and you'll start from 0 from there on
