Nothing new in here, just a compiled list of quest information in one spot. Redundant information will be omitted to help keep things brief. Regions will be noted in brackets, and titles will be linked to their respective threads. Quests will be listed by morality, rank, then region. Storyline quests will not be included.

This was intended to help me make quests, preventing repeated titles/objectives/etc, but I figured it might help other people as well.

[North] Orchidia – All In A Day's Work

Dex Miller: Dex got in an accident ten years ago and ever since believes he's a real detective. He will be seen around the city striking poses, as if he's a detective in a noir film, and doing typical noir film detective things like drinking whiskey in bars late at night and complaining about his cases that aren't real. Confronting him about these things will only worsen the condition.

Summary: Dex Miller is a hard-boiled detective. Or at least, he thinks so. After the incident, Dex was never really the same. Obsessing over far-fetched conspiracies, solving cases that didn't exist, all the while maintaining the composure of a typical noir sleuth. Dex has figured that it's about time for him to train a successor, as he is under the belief there is an assassination plot against him. So he has reached out to a mage to shadow him for the day.

Enemies: None

Objective: Follow Dex around as he shows you the ropes of a detective's life.

Extra Rewards: None

Details:

Create a topic in Orchidia Streets.
Dex specified to meet him at a coffee shop, and when you locate it, you will see him sipping away at some coffee, musing about life.
When you greet him, he will do a brief inspection of you to see if you are suspicious, and he confirms to himself that you are actually the mage who took the request.
When he finishes his coffee, he asks you to follow him along in his current investigation of a murder.
As you get into some zany antics with his cross-examinations of random pedestrians, and ridiculous inspection for clues, it becomes clear that there was no murder that happened.
You can either indulge in Dex's fantasy with him, acting as a true detective's assistant, or you can try and point out to him that there is nothing out of the ordinary and he is deluding himself. Of course, if you try the second option, he will disregard you and will only become more ridiculous.
No matter the course of action, at the end of the time you spend, he will pay you the reward, though he will be incredibly disheartened if you spent the whole time telling him he was wrong.

[North] Orchidia – Cleanup Crew

Jelies Sov: Jelies is the head guard of the noble family. Oddly enough, he isn't a very powerful person. He managed to secure this position by bluffing his way up. One of his lieutenants, for example, is multiple times stronger than him. Sometimes Jelies can be seen wandering into town asking putting up quests in order to continue living his bluff.

Summary: The Muramasas are having a large event in a few days, and many noble families will be visiting. It is a source of a lot of excitement, but for Jelies Sov, it is just one big headache. The coordination for security is a big enough issue for the event, but on top of that, he has to deal with Leis. The old man is almost comical with his senile ranting, but having a feeble man spouting ridiculous nonsense right in front of the entrance to the castle would bring nothing but shame on the Muramasa family. He can't deal with this himself, so he is employing someone to distract the man for the day, and make sure he doesn't come anywhere near the castle.

Others:

Leis: Leis is known as the village-idiot. He begins his day by spouting about satan in front of the noble castle each day. A few years ago he broke his legs during an accident and tragically lost his wife, he's been preaching from a wheelchair since, that was until a street urchin stole his wheelchair. Enil and some other citizens got together and made him a new wheelchair.

Objective: Keep Leis away from the castle.

Details:

Create a topic in Orchida Streets.
You will be waiting outside the castle a few hours before the event, waiting for Leis to show up at his usual time.
When the crazy old man shows up, you need to do whatever you can to keep him away. You can try luring him to follow you, convincing him of better places to create a ruckus, attempt to talk him down and rattle him out of his craziness for a while, or whatever. Just get him away from the castle.
Leis won't put up much resistance, and will allow you to lead him off somewhere else as long as you put some effort into your argument, and the two of you will go through the streets of Orchidia. Leis will act a little crazy, but also have some surprisingly melancholy moments where he talks about his wife.
Eventually, he will ask you to lead him back to his house, and will thank you for spending time with him.
Once the event at the castle is over, report back to Jelies, and he will give you your reward, thanking you for your time.

[North] Orchidia – Granny Sitting

Mitya Noran: Mitya's bar is across the street from Enil's. He has no particular reason for it, but he really hates Enil. Being very childish, he is easily antagonized by even Enil's kind words directed at him. Mitya enjoys killing time by going to his competition's bar and complaining about the beverages they serve. He can go on for hours when drunk, speaking of his childhood, his lovelife, talking on and on about really, nothing. Beyond this, he is very passionate about the wellbeing of his mother despite the fact that she doesn't seem to feel the same way - which aggravates him.

Summary: Mitya's mother, Rynah, has seen better days. She is starting to lose it a little, and though she is just as sweet as she always has been, she has a tendency to forget things. While this might not seem like too big of a problem, but after the incident where she forgot about the cookies in the oven and nearly burnt down the house, Mitya has been sure to make sure there is always someone keeping tabs on her. The usual care-lady is gone for the day, and thus Mitya needs someone else to watch his mother.

Rynah Noran: Rynah is one of Orchidias senior citizens. Word is that she's grown to be senile, forgetful and very nostalgic. Spending a lot of time in the kitchen Rynah rewards people who take her quests with cookies at the end. Rynah usually has a care giver around. Her children have been trying to convince her to move to a retirement home. Rynah and her son Mitya don't get a long because of this.

Objective: Watch Rynah, and keep her safe.

Details:

Create a topic in Orchidia Apartments.
Mitya will greet you, a little hungover, and introduce you to his mother.
He will then leave the two of you alone for the day.
Rynah will not do much, she will do some knitting, some crossword puzzles, and occasionally reminisce about the past.
Eventually, she will get the idea to bake some of her special cookies, which she assures you are incredibly delicious, as she has a secret ingredient.
She will whip up the dough in record speed, and sprinkle what appear to be blue crystals into them before putting them in the oven.
Be sure to remember to take them out of the oven while they are baking, because Rynah will not. Once they are out, Rynah will let you have one, and you feel energy surging through you, the secret ingredient was crushed mana crystals.
Nothing else of note happens, and when Mitya arrives, he will give you your reward.

[North] Orchidia – Investigate The Weed

Summary: Rynah is feeling very emotional. She is convinced that her son, bar owner Mitya Noran, is trying to get rid of her. She thinks her son believes she is a nuisance and doesn't love her anymore and that is the reason he wants to send her to a retirement home. She is very close to her son and finds his behaviour ridiculous. She wishes someone would tell him that for her.

Details:

Create a topic at Orchidia's Horizon Apartments.
The usual stench of cat-piss will be masked by the comforting scent of baked cookies.
Inevitably, you will find yourself following the fragrance till you reach a door that has been left open and find an old woman sitting inside.
The woman will notice you and invite you into her home for a cup of tea. She will introduce herself as Rynah Noran.
Once inside her home, she will share a long nostalgic story about how she raised her son Mitya. She will break into tears as she gets emotional and tells you repeatedly how close they were.
She goes onto ask you to help her write him a letter, asking him not to send her to a retirement home.
Fill the letter with anecdotes that the old woman shares and then go to Mitya's bar and deliver the letter.
Mitya will read the letter immediately when you tell him that it is from his mother. He too will break into tears and then race to the apartments. Follow him.
The mother and son will share a touching moment as they reconcile. Mitya will explain that he only wanted to send her to the retirement home because it is a much better environment than the dank apartments.
Witness the care-filled discussion that ensues as they try to convince each other.
Mitya will notice that you're still there, but his mother no longer needs your assistance, since he is with her. The bar owner will reward you for your help.
Before you leave, Rynah will pack you her special, warm, freshly-baked cookies.

[North] Orchidia – Remove The Drunk

Enil Issir: With black bags under his eyes Enil sweeps the curb in front of his bar every morning at 6AM. The tall brown haired barman doesn't take crap from anyone. He has a tough guy face and is visibly muscled, picking a fight with him seems like a bad idea. He got in trouble a few years ago because of gambling, but has since fixed that habit.

Summary: Enil is generally pretty friendly with Mitya. He can usually tolerate the man’s drunken rants. However, it’s gotten to the point where Enil can’t ignore Mitya’s outrageous behavior. He’s worried about the man, and his presence in his bar is driving other customers away. He needs someone to make it clear to Mitya that he can no longer come into his bar until he has shaped up his attitude, as Mitya never listens to him.

Others:

You will be sitting in Enil's bar, waiting for Mitya. Eventually, Mitya does end up showing up.
Enil has said that he wants to give Mitya the benefit of the doubt, and told you to only make Mitya leave if he causes a scene.
At first, the man seems to be doing fine, only grumbling a little, but as some time passes, he starts to get a little rowdy: It's time.
Talk to him, and try and get him to leave, if that doesn't work, lead him out. He is so drunk that he doesn't put much of a fight up.
Once he is out of the bar, he will try to get in, but you must block him from going back in, and make it clear he isn't welcome. He will eventually stumble away back to his home, and Enil will pay you for a job well done.

[North] Orchidia – Riverside Spirit

Dacol Lubex: Dacol is a known figure among in Orchidia, he usually hangs out near the entrance gates where most new people wander in. He portrays a very friendly character and has an easy time showing you around Orchidia. He knows all the best places you could go to, whom to trust and where to sleep.

Summary: Dacol is worried for the city's safety and contacts you privately about his request. He tells you that he saw the light again, but this time in a more human-like form. He will ask to meet up in the evening.

Enemies: None

Objective: Meet up with Dacol Lubex and investigate the weird entity that is by the river.

Details:

Create a topic in Orchidia River.
You will meet with a resolved Dacol Lubex, who while looking tough is scared nd worried about what the entity is.
You will discuss a plan ask him details about the light's humanoid form as you walk towards your destination.
You will reach there as night slowly starts and you will realize that Dacol was right. The entity will look like a small child that is completely cyan colored and glowing.
As if it can speak to you telepathically, you will feel the voice of a gentle being call you closer, in a moment of allure, you will feel the need to go closer towards the being. Dacol will follow and ask you for clarification.
The entity will claim that it is the spirit of someone who had passed away a long time ago, however, due to their magic they had as a mortal, they became semi-tangible as they embodied the collective mana of the river and the forest around.
Dacol will ask you to communicate with the entity and tell him everything so he can take notes to let higher ups as if that's your mission now.
The entity will ask you to do two things that are connected for him, both to stop a preventable danger that is to come and to find out someone dear he lost long ago. He will then claim he will meet you one day later and disappears into the ground.
You will feel weak and have a headache, Dacol will finish his notes, tell you to contact Inspector Nilan if you hear or see the entity again and leave to let important people notified as you leave to rest.

Gerard: A doctor in Baska who is having a tough time taking care of all his patients. The recent influx of patients is the work of the Cold Colliers according to Gerard. He believes that they've poisoned the river for starters. Gerard feels bad for what happened to Mattoro since he tried to rescue some of his friends and saw what the frostbite did to them, but can not accept innocent the citizens getting caught up in it.

Summary: All of Gerard's assistants have either gone home ill or are too busy with patients of their own to assist him, and he is about to perform a very technical surgery on a patient that he can't do alone. Because of how helpful you were previously, the good doctor has called upon you to aid him in this procedure, despite your lack of training.

Enemies: None

Objective: Help Gerard complete the surgery and ensure it's a success.

Details:

Create a topic in Baska City.
You will hear of a commotion happening in the hospital where you met and helped Gerard previously.
Upon arriving, you will see Gerard frantically running around, trying to help people that ask while also looking for someone to help him.
Once he spots you, he will run over, having recognised you from the previous quest, and state that he needs your help, whereby he will explain the details.
He will explain that he needs you to assist him in a very important heart transplant.
He will take you into the operating theatre, and once you put on the necessary garments (which Gerard will provide) you can begin.
Throughout the procedure, Gerard will mostly require you to fetch certain utensils and clean already used ones so that he can do his part with relative ease.
However, towards the end of the procedure, Gerard will cut himself and begin to bleed, requiring you to remove the patient's diseased heart, as well as insert the new, healthy heart, and stitch the body back up.
Once this is completed, Gerard will pay you for your help, and comment on your natural ability to work under pressure. As you leave the hospital, you will hear Gerard think aloud as to what could be causing this epidemic.

[West] Oak – All Fired Up

Lord Servas Phantasm: Servas is the Lord of the Phantasm family, housing Oak's popular castle. A great influence in Oak City, respected by many and leading a family of four. He has one of the highest reputations in City and knows how to play his coins to get what he and his family wants, although he is usually making deals with the devil.

Summary: Over the years, the Oak City has become increasingly uncomfortable about the possibility of threats from the Other Lands. Lord Servas has taken matters into his own hands and has commissioned a network of beacons to be built across the borders of Oak City. The communication network is already in place, but Lord Servas could use a little help making sure everything is ready to go, in the event of emergency.

Enemies: None

Objective: Ensure that the beacons are properly constructed in case of emergency.

Extra Rewards: None

Details:

Create a topic in Oak City.
You're starting outside the gates and you need to venture to a hill that can be located easily in front of you.
When you arrive at the hill you will find a guard putting the last pieces of logs into place for the beacon to be finished. You can either tell him he is doing a good job or that he needs to hurry up if he doesn't want his head to roll.
From that beacon point you can easily spot the next one which is east of the current beacon.
Move to the next beacon through the woods and find out about its status.
When you arrive at the next beacon you will find a guard asleep, however the beacon is finished. You can let him sleep if you feel like he deserves the nap after working on the beacon all night, or wake him up and tell him that he needs to stay alert if he doesn't want his head to roll.
The last beacon is north of the current, you need to move out through the woods on more time.
When you arrive at the last beacon you will find a dead guard. It seems like the beacon was almost finished but something or someone prevented him from finishing this task.
Move through the woods again back to the gates and tell the guard outside about the situation. He will give you your reward and tell Lord Servas about the dead guard at the last beacon.
