Magic Description: "Karmic Scales" is an embodiment of the concept of Karma. Deriving it's powers from the users sense of justice and earnest will to enforce the peace, "Karmic Scales" provides the user with the cosmic knowledge of the level of karma of all individuals around them. When a "Karmic Scales" spell is cast, any person within the range as well as the caster will receive a monochrome scale sigil just over the rear shoulder but just behind their head. This sigil is visible to all parties involved. After appearing these sigils will change color based on the persons current fame/infamy level, growing more red with infamy, and more blue with fame. Should the person be within the range of true neutral, the sigil will instead shift to shades of gray. This allows the user to determine who should receive aid or divine judgement when casting spells.

Note the sigils, and the effects are purely thematic and have no actual mechanical precedence aside from the reveal of a persons relative Fame/Infamy level.
