Overall: Constantine has changed over the years yet again, insanity and malnutrition have racked his body to the point where bits of him are heavily emaciated. His body is wracked with scars and tissue damage and his face is gaunt and almost lifeless outside of the spark of insanity that burns brightly in his eyes. His long, gangly limbs give him an otherworldly terrifying look as well. He tends to wear tattered clothing, though through the grime and wear and tear, a rather opulent and sturdy dressing is clearly visible. Along with these dirtied clothing are the various golden trinkets that adorn his person, showing him to be someone of great wealth and importance.

Extra: He has several white tribal markings over his face, arms and chest. All along his actual clothing are several cyan glowing rings that seem to hold together his outfit. Right above his heart is a small etched puncture wound that has healed itself. He no longer remembers where it came from.

Personality

Personality: Gripped by literal insanity the man once known as Constantine hangs in the balance underneath the needle's edge. Mad ramblings and whispered promises fill the room when he struggles about. It’s often difficult for clients and his guild to understand what really goes on in the madman’s brain but really it’s a constant struggle for supremacy. Lost between his past self and the duty he had been entrusted and the future that demands death and destruction for the wrongs that had been done unto him. His outlook leads to a sort of twisted jaded viewpoint that sees the world as an unnecessary holding cell for someone like him. His only true desire being a complete reopening of his Library and his eventual return to the location. For whatever reason it seems to be the one and only thing that Constantine can remember and legibly speak about with anyone. This however leaves more questions upon the disturbed as they watch with bated breaths on whether or not the man will snap finally and do something drastic to himself and his surroundings.

This is all to say that his insanity has an extremely heavy grip upon his psyche and makes things like elaborate plans or deep conversations almost entirely impossible. It’s actually a wonder that he can manage to perform magic to a level that he does, but it’s only a matter of time before the crazed man unleashes hell upon allies just as he would upon enemies.

Likes:
  • Food: Having been starved for the past few years due to his own insanity and the literal fear he struck within the wardens of his prison, Constantine has an almost fanatical love of food and sustenance. Going out of his way to eat any and everything, the mad man strives to enjoy all of the food that he possibly can as if it’ll all go away tomorrow. Somehow however even with this almost bestial way of consuming food, he never seems to gain any weight to go along with it leaving his body gaunt and frail.
  • His Library: Stuck in his mind, Constantine lives in what he considers his Library. It’s his escape from the literal insanity of the actual waking world and his way of coping with the fact that he is currently trapped within the confines of his mind. Remembering

Dislikes:
  • Sand: Having spent years in Desierto to no avail, Constantine has grown to dislike the course and rather worthless collection of minerals and stone known as sand. He absolutely despises the fact that even when one is careful it can somehow get into literally anything, including but not limited to the gaps between his goggles and his skin, even without said goggles or skin being exposed to the sand in the first place.
  • The Truth: Being essentially locked within his own mind, Constantine’s view of reality is warped so viciously that he no longer can comprehend what is actually real and what isn’t. However because of this, his own view has become a sort of true baseline for what he understands and any attempts to bring him out of his current understanding is often met with violent retaliation.

Motivations:
  • Returning to his Library: Constantine only desires one thing. To reopen the gate to his Library and reclaim all of the lost relics that he is now unable to grasp. The loss of his Library could be considered the single greatest reason for his loss of mental facilities.

Fears:
  • Drowning: A random fear but a fear nonetheless. Nothing scares Teiho more than exploring a ruin and accidentally setting off a trap that would flood the ruin leading him to drowning. If he could avoid death by this way he would appreciate it so much.
  • Being Sick: Another random fear. Being a Calendar, Teiho’s immune system is quite frankly near perfect, as such he has never been sick in his life and having watched his guildmates suffer from sickness, worries that whatever would plague him would be strong enough to kill him.

Magic

Magic Name: Corpse Magic
Magic Element: Darkness

Magic Description: Allows the user to use the innate power of darkness to shift and change the shape and purpose of corpses into far more threatening and violent means before reanimating them for various purposes. Acts like normal Darkness Magic beyond this.

History

History: Teiho was born on January 2nd during the third series to Johanne and Mariann Librorum. Being the child of two scientists it was assumed he would automatically be placed into Category C and trained to maintain and continue the experiments for when his parents passed. However as he grew up and passed many of the combat tests with noticeable remarks, he was rebranded for Category A and given to the Archives for further training. There he was instructed by others to become what is called a Combat Librarian. A Combat Librarian’s whole job was to scour the world and discover dangerous and deadly artifacts, magic, or knowledge and collect and contain them before bringing them back to the archive to be cataloged and stored safely away from where they could be used for harm.

His training was cut short however due to the incident known simply as the Revolution. The training facility was flooded with flammable poisonous gas before being ignited and then flooded with heavy water to clear any trace of what was left behind. Clearly this protocol was not thorough in the way it was enacted as many of the Calendars were able to make it out and escape, thus it was assumed that only the truly violent members of the resistance had been killed due to their close proximity to the initial protocol response. Teiho was lucky enough to receive advance warning alongside his brothers and sisters as they were in a separate compound from the others and was able to disable the system before it could be activated, avoiding a terrible fate completely.

Making it topside, the children decided to split ways, with Teiho heading to Fiore to become a traveling mage. Underneath his guild mark remains the only tell sign of his Calendar origins and only the guildmaster truly knows about it. From that point forward Teiho continued his original purpose of traveling around and collecting dangerous artifacts and weaponry and implementing them into his own personal subspace, or archive armory as he likes to call it until he can find an actual archive to store them in.

During the events of his return, he had grouped up with several others to fight a new menace named Cell. During the battle, January was horribly wounded which resulted in him entering a coma for several months. Upon awakening he had discovered that he had been left alone by those he had considered close for the few months he had spent in Fiore. Realizing this ‘truth’ that friendships and connections could be so fleeting and fickle, his mind snapped, severing his connection with his Library and spending his mind spiraling further down the rabbit hole. This led to him being locked up in an insane asylum for years and left to scream into the proverbial ether in anger, confusion and agony. It would be years before his mental functions returned enough for the screaming to cease, but when it finally did it brought with it a sort of tempered insanity that absolutely terrified the doctors and nurses around him.

Unfortunately for the nurses that fear didn’t stop them from making sure that the man didn’t die of hunger. Of course that didn’t mean they didn’t wait until he was literally starving so much that his body began to consume itself to feed him. This process repeated many times until finally the screaming ceased. It was during one of these moments that Constantine had felt just a tiny bit of his strength return to him, and in a moment of lucidity, stabbed the nurse aid that was feeding him in the throat. Using the chaos of the dying woman as a means of exit, the emaciated man made his way out of the asylum and onto the streets of Oak after collecting what he figured were his clothing. He didn’t care for their dinginess or the smell, as long as they vaguely fit his frame.

He would disappear into the back alleys after this, whispers of the raving mad homeless person drifting among the many homeless populations. Even more whispers seemed to follow as talks of dark decrepit creatures that seemed to follow said homeless person. Twisted abominations that sometimes even resembled people who had gone missing only days before.
