As she collapsed on the ship, she then rested down as her arms spread it out. The men, as the crew started to get the drinks for her as they handed one over. Slowly, she picked herself up as she tiredly looked at the drink before picking it up herself. Her hands wrapped around the mug as she looked at the reflection of her face from the liquid within it. Her eyes were tired and filled with sorrow as she just killed the man she felt like was her father. She wasn't really sure what to do now besides read the book that was in her bag. Before taking her drink, she rubbed her face with her hand as she was a little frustrated and tired. She offered her hand as she wanted to get help to get up. One of the strongest men took her small hand with his strong ones.

She got up without a problem as he was too strong to even not be able to pick her up. Her drink was not spilled from this problem. She was escorted to her table as she then took out her book from her bag and put it down. Thankfully, before she got here, they clean the table off so it was clean. The last thing she wanted to do was spill anything on the book and have it get sticky from the food that they eat on the table itself. They all sat around the table as there was enough seats for them all, even the captain. Opening the book, she read out the diary as it was all about her father and mother. She wondered what else she could find. Took a few drinks and then handed the mug over as she wanted some more before she read all the pages.

She could tell that it was her father who wrote in this book as it was his handwriting. She didn't want to start from the beginning, as this book seemed to be really old, so she started in the middle as she read that it was when he met the mother of her. It all started when they met at a village and she and some other person was meeting each other. He never knew that that man would end up being the child that he was going to take care of. The young woman knew that it was talking about her as what other child would they be talking about? And who was this other guy? She continued reading and wanted what village they were talking about. Apparently they met in Inca during their travels. Her mother was minstrel, wasn't she? As well as joyan? She continued to read more.

Her mother and the guy that she called Father became very good friends. Almost as best friends. Within time, he fell in love with her, but he could tell that she was in love with someone else. It was all genuine love. Was her father and daughter relationship genuine? Was it created just because of their relationship? She wasn't highly sure, but she kept on reading to see if she could figure it out. As she was reading, she then found out that her mother wasn't even human. She was a Daemon. Was she that or was she an actual demon? She reached the top of her head as she had her other hand on the book. Very confused. Slowly she itched, and then let her hand fall down to her side as she flipped to the other page. Her eyes wandered to each word as she did not miss a single word in the book.

Speed reading was a gift, apparently. Her reading was faster than her mind could comprehend sometimes. Her mind was going all over the place. First, it was her mother not being a human, them meeting each other, and now it was. They were actually just friends and not lovers. So it was true that they weren't related at all. She licked her lips as she was a little frustrated now. " Keep going.", One of the crew people said as he was trying to encourage her to keep going and read. She looked at them and nodded as she then started to read more of the book. Her mother and her so called adopted father was going on so many adventures. One day that they ran into an island in the middle of the river. As they saw that it only appeared during the full moon. When was the full moon coming?

The crew looked at each other as if they were amazed at this fact. One of them even said that they never heard such a thing, and the other one heard rumors about it. She looked at them and then looked back at the book to start reading more as it was now talking about the island. Was apparently a cave that everyone could go into, and it went to a different place. What did it mean by a different place? One day the mother went through the portal and she never came out for a few months, but apparently came out afterwards. You wondered why she would leave him for that long. She started to explain that she was only gone for an hour. Apparently whatever was in there, the time went faster out here. This fact confused her, but she will find out herself as she was going to go to that island. She looked at all of our comrades and crew as she told them that they were going to prepare to sail, to go to the island. They all agreed, as they were all curious as well. The captain already went up to the place to start the wheel as everyone else started to pull down the sails. The people who weren't busy started to sit next to her as they wanted her to read more. This was her adopted father's point of view. She wondered what it would be like to know her mother's point of view.
