Having stumbled into a random blacksmith shop the store had caught Toma's eyes. Looking through the selection of gauntlets the price tags made him grimace. He had been thinking that getting some gauntlets would help increase his combat ability. Something snagged his eye as he crouched and looked at the piece of work a blank gaze looking over the weapon. Damn, he thought with a sigh as the bell of the front door caught his attention. A hooded and cloaked figure walked in as Toma felt uneasy about his guy. The cloaked figure was eyeing one of the rare-looking swords next to Toma before snatching it. "HEY!!!" The owner screamed as the cloaked figure ran out of the store with a quickness. Staring at him in disbelief the blacksmith jumped over the counter in fury before looking to Toma.

"You! Go after him I'll pay you to break his legs if you have to!!" Toma stood up and cracked his neck and threw up a thumbs up. With that, he ran out the store into the middle of the street. He had to think about what color was his robe. It was Orange for sure he thought scanning the road and seeing the fleeing figure running off into the distance. Toma began to run off after him but it was difficult. Considering it was midday the streets were decently busy. So he had to maneuver through the crowd. His footwork was something elegant as he traversed through the crowd. Slowly over the span of 4 seconds, he was able to reach his full speed slowly gaining on the thief. The decorative sword was now hanging on his back. However, a cart vendor was coming up and the thief jumped through the cart itself. Extending his arms and legs forward before shooting his legs back. He kicked the cart back at Toma who jumped over the cart entirely. Having to had dive forward. Toma rolled once making contact with the ground and kept running forward.

Now things were getting interesting he thought as the thief now made a right cut to an alleyway. Taking a firm step with his right foot the dirt kicked up from the pressure. Toma easily pivoted on his right foot before following into the alleyway. The thief was now using some random jump to hop up and reach onto the rooftops. Toma ran up the wall using his hand to stay upright. With a strong push, he was able to jump 2m off the wall and land on the rooftop. The thief was no hopping from rooftop to rooftop as Toma was now thinking best on how to cut him off. Slapping his palms together a yellow magic seal would appear. Yellow rings of lightning enveloped his legs before bounding forward. It only took a few seconds before reaching an even greater speed before. Toma finally catching up figured he had a chance and dove to tackle the thief with all of his strength and take him down.

Sadly the theif had dropped through Toma's arms escaping yet again. He had jumped down through the alleyway as Toma landed on the other roof sliding to a stop. Pusing up he tucked in his legs and propped to his feet running after the man from above. At this rate the man would get the slip on him but he needed the money. Toma using his increased speed would jump about 4 rooftops ahead before jumping off to cut the man down. Luckily they were in a single backway with no way for the man to escape except backwards. Toma timed his jump so as he fell of the building he would be on top of the man. With a loud thud Toma had his foot against the man's neck locking him in place before stomping on his ankles one by one.

The thief screamed in agony as Toma shook his head in disappointment. That's what he gets for leading him in a stupid chase around time. Grabbing the sword and sheathing it on his own back Toma stretched out his back. Releasing his spell he would grab the now weekend man and sling him over his back. Worried about drawing attention Toma drew his own hoodie over his head and started heading up towards the rooftops. Having found an accessible ladder he climbed one step at a time. From there he was able to successfully make his way back the way he came. Although he was more obligated to take his time. Especially after all of that running it had made him somewhat tired as of late.

The rooftops were close enough that he could hop even with the added weight. Before long Toma had eventually made it back to the shop. Removing the sword from his back he set it on the counter before throwing the injured man on the floor. The Smith walked past the two of them before shutting down the blinders. Taking out his hammer he grabbed the thief by his broken ankle and dragged him towards the back. "So you think you can just rob the hard working folk is that it?" With a swing of his hammer he smashed the man's right hand causing him to scream in agony as Toma folded his arms. He might as well enjoy the show. He hadseen worse after all. The man than proceeded to smash in his knees and then legs before tossing the hammer. Grabbing his collar the smith simply started to beat the man senseless until he was tired. Toma kept his hands in his pocket as the smith got tired it seemed like.
"It seems you aren't bothered by the little things." Reaching in to his pocket he would throw the jewels he promised to Toma. "These are for you then." Toma would throw up a hand in thanks before turning on his heel. Tucking away the money he would start to walk out the store. That was surely a eventful day.
