Weapon : I just have a small comment the size of a large comment.
I would say good pace, but it's being all done by the same one or two people only, meaning they don't get to enjoy RPing. I would prefer it was this pace but with more active mods actually doing approvals daily. Even if they only spent like 10 minutes to clear out shop stuff or game rewards so others could focus on magic reviews etc. Because if those one or two stop grading it will become snail's pace and they shouldn't have that pressure placed on their shoulders. Which is why I voted Slow.
I understand that staff is a volunteer role, one that I have considered myself occasionally, and hence they shouldn't have to review constantly. The only way to really fix this is to get more active people that can give at least half-hour a day to review. As long as things are cleared within 48 hours most players are happy.
