Kaito with a request in hand walks along the docking area and he knows what they are gonna need to do, to help with a sea monster like he had done when he was back in the west of Fiore in Astra, he hopes that it goes smoother here then it did there the monster seemed to be able to cast and attack from all sorts of way with the water it could make and aim from under them and he hoped that when he finds a crew that thinks they can handle it that they can stay strong and that they will not just lose their nerve and make this a far longer and harder trip on them then it already was but he was gonna have to do the very best that he can to help lead them as well. He and Revy will get them into shape and get them paid fair and square for the works that they put in.

Kaito

He finds a decent sized ship with a crew and he gets on board and he speaks to them and they seem interested then the captain went on to the main deck and he asked how many of them were ready for a huge catch that would probably change their lives for a bit and help keep their families fed and happy for at least a month granteed to them. The crew cheers for the win fall that they are about to make if they take this up and Kaito is happy to see that they have accepted the job to help him and they are told what they are after and they are not sure if it is alone or not and this could be super risky and the crew shake that off as they are ready for some action a change from their normal days of fishing for coppers.

They set sail on out into the ocean and he is excited to see what might come out to play with them and he figures this is gonna be at least fun and he knows that this is gonna be a whale of a time to hunt this monster that their not sure if it will leave or if it will be that big of a problem for longer then it really has to be and he is gonna have to make sure that they put a cap on how much they are willing to lose so he talks to the captain and they talk over more conditions to them doing this as he had said he wants to make sure that they get a decent hull of jewels so he asks if the mage would be willing to take a decent cut but also allow the crew to get a slightly better cute of the money and he agrees to this as he owes them cause they could have denied him and he would still be on the shore looking for someone to give him the time of day to help him.

The man on watch of the waters sees the sea monster they are looking on its aqua scales nearly matching in with the waters around it and Kaito gets to the front of the ship and he tells them to head for it then he will go and he will fight it and try to keep the ship safe for them as they are free to launch attacks as well but do not risk themselves to much as they all have families or need this money and he doesn't want to lose them. He really doesn't want a family losing a father or a mother or a son or a daughter here he was gonna protect them even if it were to kill him and he points a finger and a roar rings out and a portal opens and drops the attack on the creature as it had seen them and was starting toward them but the attack has slowed it for the moment.

Revy is helping the captain by running around with orders to the men and women that look like seeing the beast had caused them to freeze up and they needed to be snapped out of it. Thankfully they woke up and got to doing the orders then a new problem shows up as Kaito as went to fight the monster in front of them. Another sea monster has come and it is barreling toward Kaito who is out in the open water fighting the monster. Revy runs to the edge of the ship and she screams to Kaito. "Loook out! Another one is coming up on you from behind you!" Kaito dodges an attack from the main creature and he heard Revy who had screamed to him ands he knows he is in trouble here and he knows that he is gonna have to fight harder now as he is cornered.

He is in the water so there is really no where he can flee to and he wasn't gonna but himself back on the boat as then he would be risking their lives as well Revy has one of them launch a whaling harpoon into the second one to slow it down and give Kaito to beat the first one as he sees the harpoon hit the second beast her sighs in relieve as the second on will not be on him too soon it will try to get rid of the harpoon first, giving him more time to finish this one off, then move to finishing the second and to secure the monsters for them to be able to return to the shore and they were gonna get a pretty big pay day for the efforts that they had put in and Kaito is gonna make sure that they can do it.

He gets onto the first beast and he fights against it as it thrashes and makes it had to hold on and Kaito is being careful not to do too much damage so it is a clean finish so that they can get the most money for it. He then jumps into the water and he makes his way to the mate of the first beast and he knows that must be what it is like to have someone that truly loves you that would risk their own life to save you from people that have come to hunt them and he was not gonna give it up and he keeps at the fighting of the mate which as the one before it fought tooth and nail to get him off and away from them but he is not easily dissuaded from this fight as he is bucked and he is thrown off into the water and he lands hard on the water flat on his back and he sinks a little as he was winded from the impact of hitting the water.

He catches his wits again and he surfaces then he goes to go and catch the second beats again and he like he did to the first keeps his head on his shoulders as it roars and fights him for every second that he is hanging on as the crew cheers for him as he does this and he doesn't want to let Revy or the crew down and he finishes the monster off as he pants and he coughs up more water from his lungs as the both had tried rolling him off and he had swallowed some sea water when he had gotten thrown and flopped flat on his back. He secures them to the ship and he keeps checking to make sure that they are both being brought along that he thinks they will have at least three months worth of payment from their being two of the creatures instead of one on the hull they just had brought in. He is handed the jewels and he hands it to the captain to spread among the crew and he took his cut as well getting it and a firm hand shake then he and Revy head off to the sound of the crew cheering and thanking them for the help.
