"His armor is broken!" One of the mage commanders called out like an announcer, "Initiate another frontal assault!" with that command, the surrounding foes started to gather to entrap the dwarf. Several large humans and a few dwarfs had caught off Brone's path; they smiled while they held their weapons. Brone simply scoffed, not fearing and not slowing as he continued to run forward, trying to keep focus on getting to the front of the army's line in order to prevent them from getting any closer to Rush Valley.
The muscular troops swung their heavy weapons, but even though Brone had lost his armor, it didn't mean he was vulnerable. He deflect the blows with a swing of his golden axe which quadrupled in size again. Then, the dwarf slammed his front foot onto the ground, cracking the surface with the amount of strength he was focusing so he could pulled the massive axe back for a return swing which then slammed into the entire group, sending them flying and opening the path for Brone to continue running.
A magical chain appeared out of thin air and encircled Brone, someone had yelled out "Pin him down!!" The moment the chain tried to tighten and capture him, the dwarf would swing the green axe, negating the spell and causing more frustration for the enemy party.
"Very well" An elegant elf stepped into view while being flanked by two archers. The elf gestured and the archers readied their bows, taking aim for Brone. Seeing this, Brone realized he wouldn't be able to reach the archers in time before they released at least five arrows, so as the archers knocked their arrows, Brone flung both his axes with great strength. Each axe slammed into the torso of an archer, defeating them upon impact.
The elf who remained standing had smirked as he said "No armor and no axes" he then drew a long and elegant blade, detailed with swirl markings, showing of it's elven craftsmanship, "Now you shall know the true strength and speed of elven make which cannot be rivaled by mere dwarven craftsmanship" The elf called out to Brone as the dwarf continued to run towards him, not seeming phased by the enemy.
"Don't blink, for you cannot overcome my speed" The elf laughed as the moment he took one step, his body vanished; it wasn't magic, but simply his own elven speed which has been unmatched for centuries. He crossed the gap between him and Brone within a blink of an eye, the wind itself struggled to catch up with him. As the elf reached the dwarf, he struck the dwarf with his blade, though the tough skin of Brone seemed so dense that the elven blade only managed to graze him.
"No matter" the elf thought, he would simply step away from the reach of the dwarf and-
Too late; Brone was use to dealing with great speed. His constant sparring matches with Yuurei had taught him how to exchange blows against a speed demon of an enemy. The moment the elf had taken his first step, Brone was already moving his fist to delivery a punch.
The dwarven fist slammed into the face of the elf so hard, he could feel bone crack; Brone pushed forward into the punch as he was still running, forcing the elf to lean back then he brought the punch arching downward so that the elf would be slammed into the ground with a great thud.
- That Punch:
The elf lay unmoving as Brone rushed passed him and as he reached the bodies of the two archers, he would grab the handles of his axes without slowing.
