"My, you've grown in such a short amount of time, hm? Not many people can start as a page and bec-" The dragon-like creature said. His name was Daragast and he was one of the main quest givers that worked directly with the magic council. The two had never met before, but rumor of Alejandro's sky rocket to his new position spread fast. Such was the ways of the Rune Knight organization. Facts spread quick but rumors spread faster. Still, Alejandro was a bit shy about the whole thing. The Nephilim looked around to make sure nobody heard Daragast before blushing and rubbing the back of his head. Happy stood beside him chuckling. The Exceed spent a lot less time with his friend now that work was on an entirely different level of serious, but Alejandro managed to bring him to help out with this specific quest. "Ahaha." He chuckled awkwardly.

Daragast sat at the table and took a sip of his ale before beginning to break down the details of the quest. Compared to the small humanoid creature, the mug in his hand was a giant. Alejandro declined a drink for now. They wanted to stay on their toes in case this mission was something he needed to be on his A-game for. Happy on the other hand chugged a cup of Ale as if he didn't have the lowest tolerance in the universe. Alejandro shook his head and turned towards the little dragon, listening to what he was saying. Apparently there was a Wyvern that found comfort at the peak of Era's dungeon. Daragast explained that this type of occurrence happened in the past but it had been a while since one of the winged dragon-like creatures came back. This specific Wyvern wasn't exactly a normal type of beast.

The details were as clear as day. Alejandro was to make their way to the tower and remove the beast by any means necessary. Without a doubt there was a catch, and that catch pertained to the state that the wyvern was in. When Daragast said that the beast was unlike any normal Wyvern he meant that the beast was completely deranged. Anyone who even looked like they were moving near it was bound to face its wrath. Rune Knights had died and they just had to leave the creature alone for a while until they could get someone with the skillset to come handle it. Initially Alejandro was going to leave the quest up to perhaps a seated Knight or even one of the captains, but the job seemed like an easy way to make money and for his new magic he needed money right now more than ever.

After Daragast cut the details Alejandro nodded and Happy finished about four extra cups of Ale. The little exceed wobbled as he pushed himself off of the bench. The Nephilim didn't pay him any mind at the moment. Maybe happy was going through something? Whatever the case was Alejandro would find out later. For now they made their way to the dungeon which happened to be closer than he initially thought. It didn't take the duo long to get there but boy did it feel like hours with happy's drunk ass. The exceed burped and giggled at any little thing that looked even remotely strange or out of place. The former elf couldn't help but chuckle himself. He had only been away from the extalian for a few days and he truly did miss his presence. Although Happy was pretty much always in pretty happy, he wasn't exempt from trauma.

Happy had fought monsters with him, he had fought foes most Knights wouldn't be able to handle even with the Celdruan by their side, but Happy always managed to prove just how strong the power of courage was. After Bane beat the living shit out of them both, much had changed. They were both forced to face the reality of the world. They were both forced to grow up and accept the fact that violence was simply the way of the world. Sometimes when you needed to get shit done ya just had to kill it. Alejandro already had in mind that he would kill the Wyvern. If it was basically out of its mind and controlling a territory that fucked with the flow of the organization, it had to be put down. If not it would just fly somewhere else and terrorize another group of people. It was done.

As much as Alejandro hated killing, he had grown accustom to it. The duo finally reached the tower and the only thing left to do now was climb the damn thing. From below they could see the Wyvern perched, watching. Luckily they had been moving in from its rear side. Right now the Wyvern had the advantage. Quickly Alejandro climbed the tower leaving happy to roll around and embrace his drunken psyche. When Alejandro finally reached the top he equipped two guns. Vash and Knives. They were high quality guns, of course they were nothing compared to Punisher. The Fallen didn't see a reason to bring out his favorite toy though. Vash and Knives usually got the job down. They worked very well together. However, as soon as he equipped the guns the Wyvern turned around and roared. It flapped its wings sending a massive gust of wind, knocking him back some.

The Captain Commander flew back a bit and landed on his back. The Wyvern wasn't done yet. It didn't matter whose building this was, the creature had deemed it their own. Anybody who stepped foot on the roof was automatically his enemy. Perhaps even his supper. The beast's red eyes glowed vibrantly in the night. Hunger filled, it flapped its wings and ascended before descending right where the Nephilim was standing. Alejandro wasted no time and raised both his guns to the sky. Honestly? He was just a lazy son of a bitch, so if he could kill this thing without having to dodge it then all was well. So, he pulled the trigger sending one bullet after the other. The Wyvern didn't know what hit it. A few bullets from Vash and Knives was enough to kill the beast mid-air. Then, its lifeless body fell right on top of the Commander.
