Details

Description: A massive sword with a heavy double-edged blade, notched on both sides near the tip. The grip is plain, but the guard is skeletal, with a skull design on each side leading to the rib cage from which the blade emerges; on one side of the blade, the skull is that of a human, while the other uses a horned demon skull. Initially, the crossguard is folded in against the ribs, but it extends and the skull transforms into a screaming skull once the sword uses its corrupting ability on a target.

Measurements: The blade is 150 centimeters long and the hilt is 30 centimeters long.

Drawbacks:

Cursed: The user cannot be healed.

Effects

Cursed: Upon dealing damage to the limb of a target, that limb can no longer be healed for the duration of the topic.

Effect: Upon striking a target with the weapon, the user can decide whether they want to activate this spell or not. When activated, the miasma seeps deep and the target will suffer continuous A-rank damage to the equipment that intends to protect that part, as well as A-rank damage to the limb underneath it.
- If an A-rank Healing-type spell is used on the limb affected by the miasma, the miasma stops harming the limb of the target, however, it continues to harm the equipment of the target at the same mana cost per turn.
- If an S-rank Healing-type spell is used on the limb affected by the miasma, it stops the spell entirely. The miasma no longer deals damage to the limb and equipment of the target.
- It should be noted that the A-rank and S-rank Healing-type spells only serve to cancel the miasma partly or entirely. Due to the Cursed effect, the damage already done to the body can't be healed anymore.
The user can cancel the spell at will on any of the affected body parts of their target. The spell doesn't stack, therefore it can't be applied twice on the same limb or piece of equipment. Though, if the target has managed to cancel the spell, the user can strike them again on the same limb to activate this again.
