First what he needed to do was assess the situation. Tamas was a strategic man. He would evaluate the situation beforehand, make a battle plan and then move into action.
So question was, what did he get from his assessment. Well the matter at hand was that the guild was mobilized. And the majority went to the closest place to liberate, which was of course Rush Valley, the place they all rushed to get to in the first place. So he noiced some went on brute force, to fight their way to victory, but he also noticed that some went on and used the chaos to move more stealthily around the Rush Valley and sabotiging the opposition in many way. There were some members that were rescuing and escorting the citizens away from the Dark Guild, again stealthily without Chaos Eclipse knowing, otherwise that would provoke a fight and endanger the innocent civillians
Question was, what should he do as others mobilized. Well the thing was and lets be honest. Tamas was a strategist, but also a bit of a brute. It was hard to stealth in clanking armour and his rather high statue as he was relativelly tall.
So his best course of action was to... well move into action. With his blade in hands. He gripped the handle of his blade and rushed into action. Cutting and cleaving into the enemy. Avoiding their magic and their ranged attacks, to get in the proper proximity and to land a critical blow on all his foes.
He made dangerous cuts to his prey, but he didnt go on quite lethal slashes and stabs, because he was not quite as certain where the guild stood in... in well killing. Tamas did like or well he loves to kill. But he didnt want to cross any lines that would get him booted out of the guild even before he got to settle in there. So he was careful in where he delivered his attacks. Made sure to land slices and blows that werent quite in vital organ areas, but still as equally dangerous to dying if left bleeding out and unattended. What mattered to him was that the enemy was out of commission to battle on any further.
This was something he lived for, cruel battle. He of course made sure not to get in the way of any friendly fire attacks. Although a battle field can get hectic and chaotic. It was hard to see who was who and who dealt what kind of damage. So it was hard for him to evaluate the kind of force he could do on the enemy.
As he battled on, he considered this as well. A battle field is a chaotic place and he would not want to be mistaken for the enemy. His guild tattoo was under his gauntlet, so not really visible as his hands werent exposed. He really needed to show his guild allegiance even though he was armoured up.
Thats why he needed to find a tailor. Someone to make him a new cape, one that had the guilds logo on it. So he can show his guild allegiance without being unprotected to show a tattoo and in these battle situations, it makes it much easier for allies to see that he is one of them by the big cape and Paradise Dawn logo on it.
And perhaps being more inspiring as well if they see it, like a flag that shows pride?
But he couldnt really think of the stuff that is meant for the future. His focus now was on fighting the Chaos Eclipse dark guild as he was avoiding magical blows meant to wound him. There was one magic blast in particular that almost got him, but he avoided that attack by the last second. This fight. This is what he lived for. The utter chaos and carnage. The blood spillage. The pain. The screams of pain and of oncoming attacks. This fighting. This battle field. It was home. It was Paradise. Heaven. This place that was in carnage. Under the battle of mages and guild members. This is what life to him was about. If he could freeze a moment of his life and relive it forever. It would be this battle right now.
He was certain that no one in the guild was enjoying this as much as him.
They were all focused on helping the civillians and saving them. They were all focused on stopping this new big bad guild because they're the bad guys. But not him. He didnt care about this. He just cared about fighting. This fight, the cuts and blows he deals towards the members of the dark guild. This made up so much for the tedius and terrible trip he had on the way here. It was like a weight was lifted off his chest.
He was happy. And luckily his joy was hidden behind his helmet. Otherwise they'd think he's evil and maybe he was evil, considering he took too much joy in this chaos. But unlike some, he did not giggle and cackle as he cut down his foes. He was quiet and focused on his mission. And that was the liberation of Rush Valley and eliminating any members of Chaos Eclipse. He was not sure how long was this liberation lasting. And he was not sure how time time had passed
