CompanionIt was another day at the guild. He started a new routine ever since becoming an official couple with Karisa as she has moved into his room, so there was a bit of reorganizing in terms of belongings and such. But they managed to make it work. Now, he got up fairly early while Karisa was asleep. He had kissed her while she was asleep and went on to make breakfast for himself and something for her to wait her when she wakes up.
As much as he wanted to be there for her when she wakes up, he couldnt. Because he knew he had work to do. Work that he has long overdue neglected. He dressed up to go out. It was some tux and top hat that Karisa got for him? He had no idea why. He didnt know he was into caelish fashion. He was bummed that he still didnt figure out quite how to make this strange gentleman look work. He was fairly sure he would have to change his hair style and his hair colour to fit this. Would brown hair work with this? Maybe nix the earring and necklaces too. Well yeah, he can do that, so he took off some accessories. He still kept the contact lenses tho. But anywho, he quickly left before Karisa would wake up. He didnt want the surprise to be spoiled. Only after he comes back may she bask in his glory... and the actual thing he was gonna get
So what was he going to get? Well, boat tickets of course. A boat trip to Joya. He has been working a bit at the guild and worked on saving his money for a ride back to Joya as well as a place to stay. As much as he had a family. He kind of wanted to bury them in the past as they just anchored him reputation wise. He didnt want to be reminded of his stupidly humble past. No one needed to know his painful averageness
That aside the joyan arrived at the Hargeon harbour and went to a ticket booth. He would order 2 tickets to Joya. But one way because its cheaper and doesnt have to worry about an exparation date. Once he made the purchase and got the date and time sheduled, he would make his way back to the guild hall. To Karisa, more specifically
