As he enters the magic shop, he is greeted by a cloud of magical dust expelled from a nearby cauldron. "I see you haven't added a window to the place yet," he replied, waving his hands in front of his face and coughing a little. Khalash rushes up to hug the youngster after recognizing his voice. They sat down and chatted about the mission he posted after exchanging pleasantries.
The old man informs him that he would be gone for the majority of the day and that he needs him to be the vendor of his business during his absence. He also expressly commanded that he could not leave his position or enter the backroom, which was odd, but he understood. Aurum was apprehensive to agree because he had no experience operating a shop. But he believed it was just like taking care of a house, so he agreed to his request. He did, however, request a brief guide before allowing Sato to depart.
Aurum began tidying up after he left. He was meticulous in his approach to things. Though there was plenty of time left after a few hours, no one really purchased anything. "It's official, I really don't have the gift of being a salesman," he said frustratedly, resting his head on his palm. He threw himself back and was about to relax when he was intervened by a gang of teenagers. They arrived sometime around midnight. Aurum greeted them with a grin, but they were unpleasant instead. His facial muscles twitched slightly, but he kept a nice and mature demeanor in the face of their rudeness.
He was carried from one side to the other, making certain that nothing was broken or taken. They then planned a strategy and distracted Aurum so that one of them could enter the backroom. He marched angrily towards the paralyzed child, filled with booming electrical rage. "I really suggest you stop," his visage changed into a terrifying one as he reached for his sword. In seconds, a bloodthirsty aura engulfed the area. The kids ran frightened, and seconds later old man Khalash returned. "Come back soon!" he says waving at the kids Aurum's voice abruptly transformed into a sweet and compassionate one. "Welcome back, Mr. Sato, you certainly took your time, jeje" he stated this while smiling and pulling his arms behind his head. Sato thanked Aurum and waved away after a few drinks and a pleasant discussion. Aurum of course did not leave without his reward.
