Description: A lightweight cape that is made from the night sky itself. It is said if you move the cape around while wearing it, the stars and solar system will move in the cape as if you were a part of it.

The user must purchase this item from the Mysterious Merchant in one of his topics.

Notes:

The item may be indestructible but does not offer protection. This means that attacks aimed at the back of the user bypass the cape in terms of regulation. In topics, the user can represent this by accepting the damage done against their backs and stating that the cape got very lightly damaged.

Effects

Night Owl: The user can polymorph into an owl. Their flight speed is the user's speed, and their height can be up to 25m. This cannot be used in combat.
Master of the Night: The User is capable of seeing past darkness and cannot be blinded.

Effect: While the user is wearing this cape, they must put on the hood to become entirely invisible. While invisible, they cannot be smelled, heard or seen by race or item effects that can usually track their targets. This includes smell and sound, making them soundless and scentless. The user may not physically attack while this spell is in use, as it'll deactivate once they do. They may pay an extra 500 mana per post to cover another person as long as they stay within five feet of the user.
