CompanionThere had only been a few days left until the scheduled time. She had made most of her preparations already, including her efforts to ensure Maple wouldn't be dragged into the war that was about to unfold soon. Nay, she had sworn to herself that this conflict was one she didn't want to see Maple get involved into. The hardships of war, the brutality and cruelty that one could experience on the battlefield... She wanted to spare her lover these experiences.
For now Tia had been keeping an eye on Maple, and thanks to their mental connection she could act quickly if something came up but there was another matter she had to attend to. It was for that reason she had called for the aid of an old friend.
Although in hindsight she was not entirely certain if that decision was one that would truly help her or not. Seated on her throne the Dragon Knight raised a hand and leaned her head against it, pondering for a moment just what type of meeting would unfold.

Meanwhile, close to Zeta's location the giant of a man had been marching among the corridors. Iskandar was a presence few could ignore, both in size and the sheer boisterous nature of the man, as was evident when he finally spotted the woman who matched the description he had been given.
"A fiesty and fiery look, the scent of a Dragon's magic... Ya must be Zeta! Fits dah Devourer lad his description to the D!" He laughed heartily, a light clap on his armored torso following.
"I'm Iskandar, General of the Monarch's personal forces, and speaking of said Monarch: The Dragon Knight is looking for you, and it would be in our mutual best interests to not keep her waiting too long."
The man grinned at her and extended a hand as if expecting a handshake. "Although I think it is more curiosity than anything, she heard about ya after she returned from one of trips, and I guess she wants to meet in person. Although you're lucky it was me who found you instead of one of her shadow knights, as effective as they can be the lads aren't exactly talkative."
