Vex had gained a request that a tournament had been over taken by a gang that was filling the power vacuum of the last one that Vex had dealt with and that was something that she was sure was going to come back and bite her in the ass as she moved to deal with it as it was some what her own fault and her right hands had followed behind as they were going to watch and if they needed to step in and help their mistress as they were fully devoted to them and that was something that she needed to handle her self and she was going to make the most of this as she was going to teach them as lesson and that was something that people might want to see and that was just one step to making this side of the country better by dealing with them quickly.

She looked to the people that hired her and she walked up as they people at the desk were members of the group that had taken it over and the smirked when they saw her as she was who they wanted to fight and prove themselves to. Vex was not going to faulter she kept her look and her I will take them on attitude as she was not scared of them but she could tell that some of them were unsure once they had seen her and she needed to make sure that they remembered that feeling as this goes, on as she needed to get in their heads as they all seemed a bit on edge as she had probably not been expected to show up. They walked her to where she was to wait to be called as they didn't want her to see the fights that way she was going in blind.

She guessed that she couldn't really argue with it as this had to be on their terms as they were in control of the tournament so she needed to make the most of this time to ready herself but she was having trouble thinking about what she could do and that is when she realized they were probably just going to DQ her for not coming out when it was her turn so she made a new opening with her dagger so she could hear and go out when it was her turn but true to what she had agreed to she wasn't going to watch and go into the fights blind as she needed to make sure that she didn't do anything to break their rules. She kept her bow ready as well in case they were going to enter and attack her before he fight can start and she wondered if that would prove anything.

It seemed like they were going to play it straight with her and when it was her time to go and fight they opened the door and told her and she walked out and went toward the stage and she looked at her opponent and she could tell this woman was a fire user from how she was holding a fireball and the second the fight started it was tossed at her and Vex fired her bow and started moving as the fire ball seemed to follow her. Vex casted one spell that ended up blocking the attack and she then fired off a strong attack that was mixed with the Arcane of the void and when it hit the woman it sent her flying. Vex then shot up at the sky and a rain of arrows came falling down in the woman that was laying on the ground from the first spell hitting her.

The rain of arrows made the fire woman give up as she was now wet and shaking violently as she made eye contact with Vex the other woman started running away and was taken in and Vex looked to the group who seemed to find her far scarier now. These guys seemed like they were more of a bunch of punks more than they were a threat to anyone and that was fine by her but she had still be hired for this task so she was going to see it though and that was something that she was going to have to do and do right. She went to walk of the the stage but they tell her to wait as she is still up to fight and see what she can do. Vex wondered if they were holding this like a gauntlet of fights and that was their plan to have to keep fighting all of them back to back.

She was not sure if she would be able to handle that but at this point she didn't have a choice the next one that got the tap to come up and fight her was a very big man that seemed to have an earthen look to him so she guessed that he was a earth magic user and it seemed their theme was showing what they use and then use it in the fight that was bold she thought to herself as she knows there are many things that could be made of this but she knows now is not the time to help them and show them that they are making mistakes to learn from that will come later but she needed to make sure that she didn't get caught in this man's earth spells and she started moving the second that the fight had started gripping her daggers in her hands.

She was going to make this fight close and personal to this guy as if she stayed at rang the man would probably keep making a smokescreen of dust and she was not going to play these games with him. The man seemed to be taken off guard as the wood elf woman ran at him but he put up a wall of stone to guard himself but he had only blinded himself from what was really about to happen to him. As vex came around the left side of the wall as the man thought that he was going to come from his left to attack on the side she thought was his weak side and then when he was hit from behind with a odd looking dagger the damage seemed to multiply and sent the man flying out of the area flat onto his face landing outside of the ring.

The others had gathered around him and comforted him for doing his best, Vex is now certain that these are just punks and nothing more so she is unsure why she was called in to help and fight these guys as there seemed to be no point in it. She was going to have to question the people that hired her to deal with them as there was no reason that she should have been called out to deal with some simple punks unless they were trying to scare the children straight but that seemed to also not really be a think that Vex really thought was an okay reason as they were paying her a good amount of jewels for this and there needed to be more to this or at least she thought. Vex looked at the group and this time they sent up two people and she rubbed her forehead.

Two against one isn't really fair but she guesses that she will deal with it. She drew her bow and fired her shots freely and clearly around them letting the arrows chase them as she watched them try to figure out where the arrows were going to go and not watching the other person that was on their team and she smirked as the two ran into each other and got hit by the arrows and she fired one into the air that once again rained arrows this time on the two that were out of it on the floor of the battle stage and they were pretty much pulled out of the fighting area. Vex figured that their leader was about to come in and it was a woman that was wearing gear that was sparking with lightning and Vex smirked and she wondered if this was something that was going to be okay.

She knows her magic will have a weakness to this woman's magic at least partially. Vex heard the match start and then in a flash of lightning the woman was already on top of Vex and nearly grabbed her with her lightning charged gauntlet, Vex had jumped back landing on the edge of the fighting area and she fired off some arrows that didn't stop in the bursts of lightning that the woman was throwing at her that Vex was dodging or blocking with her defensive spells that were a mix of water and arcane magic.   She nearly got hit again and she went low and then struck up with her dagger and slashed the woman who hadn't expected the wood elf to strike her like that and the woman smirked at Vex as she knew she had lost right their for all her speed she had under estimated the wood elves smarts and tactics. The woman gave up and walked off to the guards that took her in and Vex had to wonder why they were like this or was this training but she was being paid to bust the group so maybe it was a nipping a bud before it bloomed but she took her pay and left.
