If that's the case, then for example:

I am in a topic with (For examples sake Lee Ann) and another dragon slayer interrupts our topic. Would Lee Ann be able to help me or would it have to be a one on one battle like it says so in the dragon emperor reg.

Or is it that other dragon slayers can just interrupt solo threads?
