According to the regulations, the speed of spells remains constant throughout the ranks, but it doesn't give a specific speed. However, in Dane's Starter Spells Yoshino says for him to state the speed of the spell. So apparently there is a specific speed for spells? I would just like an overall clarification on spell speed. Thanks :)

In this case, I believe you are right. There is no spell speed on this site, and it is universal. Therefore I will have Yoshino pull the spells and redo them. Thank you for the heads up.
