She has bright blue eyes, long eyelashes, smooth and fair skin. Her chest is very well endowed and she has a very nice shapely, hourglass figure. Cecilia has long black hair, tied into two side pony tails with bell and white flower decorations on each one. She typically wears a skin tight and very short white silk dress with a blue neck ribbon, white silk gloves, a blue ribbon that rest just below her chest, goes over her arms and around her back. For footwear, she typically wears a pair of comfortable white flip flop sandals. On nice occasions, she'll wear a very nice, sweet heart neck lined, blue dress that comes to her knees with a short sleeve white cardigan and blue heeled, close-toed shoes. Extra: N/A  Personality Personality: Cecilia can be described, as a self-centered, cheeky, and greedy woman. Most of the time, she has a very bubbly attitude which makes her seem friendly and easy to get along with. However, that isn't the case. Cecilia is blunt and harsh. She' always sharp with her words and doesn't particularly care if she hurts a person's feelings with her words. She will just tell them to grow a thicker skin. Cecilia values money and power the most in the world and will do just about anything to obtain either one. Even it means killing someone or causing destruction. She believes that money and power are what drive the world. Cecilia is someone who has a lot of pride and confidence in her appearance as well as her intelligence. She doesn't think that any women can compete with her in either category. Cecilia is quite the flirt, anytime she sees a good looking man, she can't help but approach them and flirt. She won't even care if her target is already with another woman. She'll still flirt with them. At times, Cecilia can be quite the tsundere. She has a very bad temper most of the time which only contributes to that. When she does something nice for someone she'll play it off like she wasn't doing it for that person and then become physically or verbally violent if they point out the contradictions in her words and actions. She is definitely the jealous type when it comes to the person she likes. Often getting more mad at her crush then the one who came onto them. Cecilia's time is precious and she hates wasting it.  Magic Magic Name: Dark Lightning Magic Magic Element: Lightning Magic Description: This magic is a lot like regular lightning but the difference is how it's used and it's color, while normal lightning magic is yellow with a white core Dark Lightning as the name suggest is dark(dark grey) with a white core. The method of using this magic is to use the hate, anger, pain and blood lust of the caster. In essence this magic is simply a corrupted version of lightning magic. Cecilia's magic can produce only offensive(x2) and defensive(x3) spells. History History: Cecilia was born and raised in an orphanage. Abandoned as a baby by her parents, she never knew who they were or what they looked like. All she knew were the women, men and other kids at the orphanage who had become like family to her. From a young age, Cecilia enjoyed reading books and learning new things. She could always be found, in a corner reading a mountain of books. As she grew older, her body matured quickly, more so than other young girls in the orphanage. As a result, she gained a sense of superiority over other girls. Her feeling of superiority came back to haunt her. One day, the girls in the orphanage, all cornered her trying to bring her down a few pegs by insulting Cecilia. However, none of them could get to her. Until one girl made a comment on how when she gets much older, she'll lose her looks. This in fact got to Cecilia. So, one day, when she was 17, Cecilia snuck out of the orphanage and went into town. She went to a potions shop on the outskirts of town, who was owned by an old female shaman. Cecilia told the old woman her fears of losing her beauty in the future, so the shaman, gave Cecilia a potion that she said would solve her problem if she drank half of it. Cecilia however, drank the whole thing instead. The shaman could not believe how foolish she was. The shaman said that the potion she gave Cecilia would slow down the process of aging if she drank half but, since she drank the whole thing, Cecilia would no longer physically age. That meant, Cecilia would now be stuck in her 17 year old body until the day she dies. Instead of being worried, Cecilia was overjoyed. Now she wouldn't have to worry about aging at all. She could be young and beautiful until she dies. Cecilia went back to the orphanage and lived there for two more years before deciding to leave. She left and started on a journey. Along the way, she met a wizard named Lana Lore. This wizard used a magic known as dark lightning. Cecilia watched her use it, first hand and then begged Lana to teach her it, which she reluctantly agreed to do so. The next 3 years, Lana and Cecilia spent their time in the worth woodsea, with Lana teaching Cecilia her magic. Every day, they did the same thing over and over until Cecilia got the hang of it. After those three years, Cecilia had learned black lightning magic and the two went their separate ways. And about a year later, when Cecilia ended up in Oak Town, she joined the local dark guild, Phantom Lord. |
